Obtained Asylum for Three Ukrainian Children

A family from Ukraine applied for permanent residence for their three young children. The parents were permanent residents of the US, but their children's authorized stay had expired and no immigrant ... visas were available to them. The immigration office denied the parents petitions for the children; however, in the children had legitimate claims of persecution. Attorney Mirka Nakovski applied for asylum for the children and helped them with the interview process.
