I should have placed a lien on the property I lent money on. A service that Frank was going to do for me but I dropped the ball and didn't follow through. After the property sold and my friend decided not to pay me for the loan from the sale profits, I got Mr Huguenin to go get it back for me. Luc...kily I had texts of the conversation and he presented it to the judge and clerk and awarded me the entire amount of the loan plus interest.
