I should have placed a lien on the property I lent money on. A service that Frank was going to do for me but I dropped the ball and didn't follow through. After the property sold and my friend decided not to pay me for the loan from the sale profits, I got Mr Huguenin to go get it back for me. We are a collection agency specializing in enforcing judgments and we've used Frank for several different cases. He's performed a wide variety of tasks including wage, bank and rent garnishments, judgment revivals, etc. In our most recent case he skillfully obtained a new judgment against a very ...large unresponsive garnishee, which then led to a FULL settlement/collection. This was a big deal for us as we were expected a few hundred dollars from his actions but instead walked away with tens of thousands from that one case. And that's how it usually goes with Frank on the case. We deal with A LOT of lawyers, and most talk a good talk but when the rubber meets the road- very few show up as the kind of powerhouse that Frank has for us.
