I hired Dustin Burk and Jade to assist for false domestic violence allegations that were made against me. Dustin and Jade are very professional, and worked day in and day out to get the case resolved. They helped me set up a payment plan, and charged less than what I was quoted by other attorneys. Al...l of the false allegations were dismissed. I had many calls, emails, and contact with Dustin, and he always answered in a timely response. Dustin always went the extra mile to explain/speak with the prosecutor and explain to me what was happening in court. I could not have been more happy with the way that it went and the way that it turned out. Jade always notified me ahead of time and provided the zoom ID# for court, and she is great to work with. I spoke with Dustin a few months after I was charged with Minor DUI and minor intoxication but I was never placed in jail. I thought I was off the hook but I doubled checked to make sure and sure enough I had court a week after I called Dustin. Long story short I already had 4 minor cases in a deferr...ed that would be dissmissed after 2 years from being intoxicated and possesing alcohol when I was 17. Age 19 I got charged with Dui and minor intoxication. Although I was not driving only sleeping in my car I still got charged. I felt like my whole life was over I did not know what to do. I was honestly very worried about the outcome. But thanks to Dustin who walked and talked me thru every process that was done he made sure I would have the best outcome. He was very responsive to emails and calls. Althought he would go to renton from everett he would be late to court but you cant blame him traffic is a mess. He helped me with the 6 charges I was facing from years ago and brought them down to 1 charge and the rest are dismissed thru deferred. thanks to his dedication he worked hard and the judge did not revoke my cases. We were all young and dumb and make decisions we dont think would have any consequences and that was me. I have been out of the courts for a long long time now I dont live the life I had before and Now my charges were dissmissed january. I am so greatful for Dustin. He really is the man. I dont plan on going back to my old ways but if I ever needed a lawyer I would totally ask for Dustins help again.

Dog owners be aware! I was charged with a misdemeanor because my dog bit someone. Long and messy story that I care not to bore you with. The reason you are reading this review is to find comfort in knowing you have/will hire the right person for your case. Mr. Burk was punctual and dressed shar...p which to me says he takes pride in his craft. Additionally, from my perspective Mr. Burk demonstrated good strategy in getting my case dismissed. Based off of previous quotes, the fee to retain Mr. Burk was resinable. I recently received a traffic ticket that I’ll be calling on Mr. Burk for assistance with. Hopefully I won’t need an attorney for anything else, but if I do I’ll be reaching out to Mr. Burk.

Dustin worked my traffic ticket like a pro. I've worked with his law office on prior items and he provided me with the level service I've come accustomed to. He kept me in the loop through the entire process and was very prompt in answering my questions. Oh, and of course, he got my infraction dism...issed. Would recommend and have recommended to friends.
