Everett's best does it again.

Finally someone affordable, with heart in their work. When I hired Mr. Burk it I knew he was the highest reviewed, but I was shocked when I found out he was also the best priced defense in town and I searched extensively keeping notes and calling attorneys left and right before I went with Burk as my... choice. My only regret is that I did not call him first, (because it would have saved me hours of time meeting with just about every practice in snohomish county I was interviewing for the job as my defense). After hiring Burk immediately he got to work, what I loved most was the fact that Burk with Dustin&Hill felt like I didn't just hire one person, it seemed as though I hired an entire dedicated team of professionals all working together (working together like the borg in star trek, we are talking real teamwork to get the job done!) to get me the best outcome possible, when another attorney would fill in his shoes for court, (for coverage) it wasn't just an attorney going ""through the motions"" as a ""fill in"", instead I got someone who actually wanted to hear what I had to say. Bottom Line is when charges were filed against me by the City of Everett on behalf of a law breaking attempted murderer (Matt Dale Mclemore from RED ROCK SUBS in North Everett who is a proven menace to society, Burk and his team not only got my charge dismissed but also turned the tables and completely embarrassed the City Prosecutors for being dumb enough to not only ignore that a attempted murderer and proven hate crime offender (Mclemore) is the real attacker and that I was the actual victim of the attempt on my life. Now if only the City of Everett can replace their prosecutors with someone that knows what they're doing and who takes their job seriously enough to file real charges for victims of hate crimes and attempted murder instead of treating the law like a joke and charging the victims with a crime. I highly recommend Burk without hesitation for instant piece of mind and most importantly for the good feeling of Burk placing the weight of the world and all the problems that come with it on his legal shoulders.

Great Lawyer

Dustin Burk was my lawyer for a assault case. It lasted about 9 months he was excellent didn’t promise anything he could not delivered he was patient with the process work to my needs. And help me win my first case. I had bad public defenders and other lawyers but Dustin was great please recommend hi...m and get him if your ever in legal trouble or need anything done that requires A lawyer.
