Tom is an excellent Layer

Tom did an excellent job, he always gets back to me in a timely manner and excellent follow up. He did awesome advocating for me in my accident. Would recommend him always. Thank you Tom

Saved my sanity

Tom came in at the middle of my case when the first lawyer had failed miserably and left the firm. Tom worked diligently to catch up and keep my case on the right track. He was fair and personable and very quick in obtaining a fair settlement between all parties involved. At the end of the process... when there was more information to give me he tracked me down to make sure I was given all the money he had fought for in my settlement. ( I had changed my number) I will recommend him to my family and friend if we ever need a top notch professional attorney.

Highly Recommend

Tom helped me throughout my whole car accident settlement. He was very communicative and updated me frequently on my case via phone or email. Even if no new progress was made he would still reached out to update and inform me on what the next step was. He has made this settlement completely stress fr...ee. Thank you Tom!

Review of Tom Budinich

Tom took over my personal injury case from someone else and as soon as he did, we started making progress. Not only that, Tom went above and beyond in working out the details and working with me and the insurance companies to get me a fair settlement. He left no stone unturned in making sure the in...surance companies (who love to collect premiums, but hate to pay claims) took responsibility for the accident and my subsequent injuries and bills. He did an outstanding job.
