I wish 10 stars was an option as Tom deserves a 10 star mark! I had a personal injury some time ago, reached out to about 4 different law offices and explained my unique situation, they all turned me away. I wanted to try one more law firm as a last stitch effort and called the Bernard Law firm, ...spoke with Tom about the situation. He indicated that it may be a tough case to win but was open to the challenge without hesitation and I could here in his voice that he sincerely wanted to help me. Tom conducted himself with compassion, kindness, honesty and professionalism at all times. I might add Tom is great in constant communication as well.
