You need Tom Budinich to help with your case!

Tom was so helpful with my case. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle from day one. Tom helped me receive compensation after I had successful completed my medical treatments. As soon as I hired Tom, my calls to and from the insurance company stopped. It was such a relief to have someo...ne to take of everything for me. I highly recommend Tom for assisting anyone who has been involved in a car accident.

Rear ended

I was rear-ended by an impaired driver on November 17, 2018, who happended to be oblivious to the fact that he was at fault. I immediatelt sought help and the only law firm that would send someone to my house immediately was Bernard Law Group. I was put into contact with one of their attorneys, Tom B...udinich who made me feel at home right away. Funny thing is that we share many of the same hobbies and interests which made the situation a lot more "light" when we spoke. Tom and Bernard really worked hard for me and I feel content with the settlement that I received but more importantly maintained my health. I would more than recommend Bernard Law Group and Tom Budinich to anyone looking for representation! Thank you!

My wife and I were unfortunately involved in a car accident while riding in a hired limo company. I was not hurt but my wife suffered severe damage to her thumb that required surgery. After trying to deal with the limo company on my own and getting the run around I hired Bernard Law Group. We were as...signed attorney Tom Budinich. He was GREAT! He cut through the many obstacles that the limo company was throwing at him. He kept negotiating through the low ball offers from the limo companies insurance until he got what he thought was a fair settlement for my wife. All bills are paid with some extra for pain and suffering. Thank you Tom! Through our dealings with Bernard Law Group, Tom Budinich especially, I would highly recommend contacting them if you ever run into the unfortunate situation that my wife and I did.

Excellent representation

Tom was not only capable in representing me after my accident, he handled the entire process in a professional and timely manner. All phone calls and emails were responded to immediately, my questions were answered directly, and I would highly recommend contacting him if the need arises.
