Tom #1 Attorney

I hired Tom to help me with a car accident that caused me injures, and medical insurance issues. Tom was a huge help, he advocated for me to everyone, and I couldn't have done it with out him. if your in need of an attorney he's who you want to see.

Review of Tom Budinich

Tom took over my personal injury case from someone else and as soon as he did, we started making progress. Not only that, Tom went above and beyond in working out the details and working with me and the insurance companies to get me a fair settlement. He left no stone unturned in making sure the in...surance companies (who love to collect premiums, but hate to pay claims) took responsibility for the accident and my subsequent injuries and bills. He did an outstanding job.

Great Attorney!

Tom was helping me with the estate planning and writing of my will. He is very knowledgeable with useful insights, which I found so helpful. He is not the first and only attorney I have worked with. Working with Tom, I finally understand how everything works with the estate planning! With Tom's h...elp, I now feel confident that I have a good will in place. Aside from being a professional and good listener who truly took into account not only what I wanted but also what I might need, Tom is pleasant, so very patient and down-to-earth, i.e., talking and explaining everything clearly to me in layman's terms and not overloading me with all the legal jargon. I highly recommend Tom as an attorney to anyone. I myself would certainly call on Tom again, should I need any legal assistance in the future.

Rrenewal of estate papers

Tom handled my request for Estate Planning papers in a very efficient and professional manner. I was happy that I went back to Byrd Garrett and Tom for a review and renewal of my papers.
