Tom Budinich is hands down the most hardworking, genuine, and personable lawyer. About a year ago I experienced a traumatic car accident. Tom did a fantastic job running point on a my case that was a motor vehicle collision in which I was my left wrist badly injured. I was in care for about a year and half and racked up a good amount of medical bills after running out of person injury protection coverage, so my case required Tom to not... only deal and negotiate with the liable party's insurance company and my auto insurance company, but also my health insurance company. Tom was very transparent, showed great advice and counsel in regards to how I should proceed at each offer, and was attentive and responded in a very timely manner to any questions I had. In the end, I walked away feeling and knowing that I got the right, correct, and just amount of compensation for my troubles from this auto insurance company for the pain and suffering I went through, countless hours in physical therapy and in doctor visits and driving to and from them, as well as lost revenue from my job.
