Tom #1 Attorney

I hired Tom to help me with a car accident that caused me injures, and medical insurance issues. Tom was a huge help, he advocated for me to everyone, and I couldn't have done it with out him. if your in need of an attorney he's who you want to see.

A Lawyer that goes above and beyond!

Tom was literally a life saver. I was 20 years old, 11 weeks pregnant, sitting in a hospital bed, with a totaled car after just being rear ended, and had no idea what to do. The insurance company was trying to give me the runaround. After a few days of stressing out and brainstorming, we decided to c...onsult Bernard law group. I knew nothing about lawyers or insurance, or anything. Tom was assigned my case. He was more than i could ask for in a lawyer. He was very professional but he was even personal. He talked with me about life, followed up with me on my whole pregnancy, and my baby after he was born. He answered all my questions, and explained them. He made sure I was taken care of 100%. He communicated everything with me about my case and always kept in touch and kept me in the loop. He went above and beyond with my case. He kept my medical bills in line and everything. He made my pregnancy and this case the least stressful it could have been. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer, and i will definitely be going back to him, or recommending him to anyone i know in the future if need be. Thank you Tom! and thank you Bernard Law Group, from both my son and I.

Review of Tom Budinich

Tom took over my personal injury case from someone else and as soon as he did, we started making progress. Not only that, Tom went above and beyond in working out the details and working with me and the insurance companies to get me a fair settlement. He left no stone unturned in making sure the in...surance companies (who love to collect premiums, but hate to pay claims) took responsibility for the accident and my subsequent injuries and bills. He did an outstanding job.
