Michael assisted in getting a DUI dismissed and provided not only innovative but also invaluable expertise in getting this case dismissed via a Knapstad Motion just before trial. A virtually unheard of tactic which sealed the win was scheduling a Tow Hearing to challenge whether there was enough evid...ence for a PC arrest and state mandated vehicle tow. Mike reminds me of the "mad chemist" of lawyers.
