Michael assisted in getting a DUI dismissed and provided not only innovative but also invaluable expertise in getting this case dismissed via a Knapstad Motion just before trial. A virtually unheard of tactic which sealed the win was scheduling a Tow Hearing to challenge whether there was enough evid...ence for a PC arrest and state mandated vehicle tow. The officer's recorded testimony at this non-criminal hearing legally could not have been be used at the upcoming DUI trial but was nonetheless studied by the prosecution and the case was promptly forfeited. I used Micheal for decades when I drove for a living and he never lost a traffic case. Michael is passionate but also compassionate and I would have a DUI against my name if not for his services and going the extra mile for me.

If you get a traffic ticket there are lots of attorneys who will fight it for you but none are as qualified as Mr. Rosen in my opinion.
