Replied last September 24, 2014I wish this client had told me everything he had done, rather than just telling me what he didn't do. One of the most important and meaningful aspects of the attorney-client relationship is confidentiality, which helps the attorney know what will be exposed during a trial. If you don't tell your lawyer everything you risk surprise after it's too late.
