She speaks frequently about employment discrimination and LGBTQ access to the legal system, and has presented to the Washington State Human Rights Commission, Washington Employment Lawyers Association, King County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Washington State Bar Association’s Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Legal Issues Section, the Pacific Coast Labor and Employment Law Conference, and co-chaired the 2013 Washington State Bar Association annual employment law CLE.
