Going through a child custody battle is very frustrating especially when the parents do not see eye to eye on most things. Phil has been the best resource I could have asked for. When I needed to vent he listened, when the process was confusing he spelled it out in a way that was easy to understand b...ut above all he is extremely knowledgeable in his field, well respected by his peers, and most importantly for me, he managed to finalize my case in the most favorable way possible for my daughter and I.

I would highly recommend Phil Tsai, for anyone, going through a divorce, one of the most difficult passages of life, for both spouses. Phil was my family law attorney for about a 12 month period in 2012-2013. We had to enter temporary orders with King County Court, as well as finalize the divorce through a mediator at the end. Throughout the year, Phil was incredibly professional, always prepared for our meetings and conf. calls and... our two very critical meetings with the judge and mediator and excellent at talking me through the various steps in the process.
