Mr. Shane was an immense help to me during a time of intense difficulty. We are very pleased with the attention, care and knowledge Charlie showed with our case. We were trying to ammend a parenting plan. Hi There: Several years ago I married someone I considered the perfect match. That turned out not to be the case. After a long period locked inside a twilight zone episode, I decided on divorce. After some searching, I came across Charlie. I always like to talk to people face to face and befo...re a decision. I don’t like choosing someone over the phone. Charlie agreed to a meeting. We discussed my situation and decided to move forward. In this process, there were episodes of faux reconciliation. I made decisions based on sunny optimism and not earnest reality. However, Charlie would listen and work with me, and, when necessary, convince me to lay the groundwork for the next phase. Charlie was quite prescient as to what we needed to do now and how to plan for the future. His planning and decisions were extremely helpful when the time came. He worked the problem. The cost was reasonable to me and I could have lowered my expenses if I had listened to his advice and not my own wishes. But, all in all, this ended better than I feared going in and I’m happy with the results.

Charlie’s legal misguidance and lack of expertise has caused damage and suffering for me and my children that will last for years. I was fresh out an abusive marriage and had counted on Charlie to help me navigate an extremely difficult divorce in the context of a mental health crisis caused by years... of DV. Charlie did not advocate for me or help me understand what was happening. No education about my rights and the process. Having had multiple lawyers and judges review my case since, professionals are simply astonished as to what Charlie allowed to happen to me and my children. We are still dealing with the repercussions of his misguidance. When it comes to DV, he is completely out of his depth. Don’t walk, run to a different attorney.
