I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect... from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

We hired Charlie to represent our daughter in a very contentious divorce case. Charlie came recommended to us by an attorney friend who previously had interactions with him as opposing counsel. Throughout this entire ordeal, our daughter's Ex has been very spiteful & vindictive, unwilling to agree or... compromise on terms and conditions, and if he did agree, he would then later change his mind. At mediation, an initial agreement had been reached, however, at the last moment, the opposing party pushed for additional conditions that were not acceptable or, in the best interest of the young children.
