Charlie was my attorney for my divorce. He did an excellent job. First, he is very personable and easy to talk to—kindness and a sense of humor is much appreciated during such a stressful time! Second, he is very knowledgeable about the law and the local courts. He was always prepared for court, turn...ed in paperwork in a timely manner (not doing this looks bad for your case in front of the judge,) and had me prepared accordingly. He was the only lawyer I consulted with (there were 3 others I interviewed before hiring anyone) who immediately knew federal statute that applied to my circumstance. When we actually got judgments, things went overwhelmingly in my favor due to Charlie’s competence. Even my ex stated that I, “Obviously had a better lawyer.” I could not recommend him more highly.

I reached out to Charlie about a year ago to help in what I thought was a doomed case. Unfortunately the case is still continuing but not due to the lack of commitment on Charlie's end. He has made sure all necessary papers were signed and turned in on time, helped fill out the papers, he was at each... hearing on time and prepared. My case was extremely difficult and what I thought was a lost cause, in fact he didnt see that we would get much. I was in a really bad place and did not look good for me. We decided to try to settle for as much as we could but the other party would not. Charlie took advantage of the time given and paid attention to every confusing detail and made sure that we had good grounds and things started to look good for our case, ans less on the other parties. We are close to the end and things have turned around. We have victory on one portion of the case and I fully thank Charlie for that. Trial is soon and I have complete faith in Charlie and that we will prevail. No amount of money or words could be enough gratitude for our victories.
