I was referred to Charlie Shane through my employer. My wife and I had agreed on a settlement beforehand, so it was non-confrontational, which is what we both wanted, especially for our children. Charlie and I were able to work everything over e-mail primarily, with phone support, for a flat fee. ...Then we met at the courthouse to finalize it in front of a judge. Looking for any legal guidance and/or representation has always made me feel as though I was being judged; sized up based on my case.
