Great Lawyer

Charlie was my attorney during a recent divorce. During the several month time period prior to mediation, Charlie was communicative and informative. I felt like my questions were all answered and I had clear expectations of the go-forward path. We settled via mediation. Charlie reflected experien...ce and polish in the proceedings. On numerous occasions during the morning, Charlie gave advice that steered me in the right direction towards a fair, cost-controlled divorce settlement. I highly recommend Charlie's services!

Dissolution with Children

Charlie has helped me with an uncontested divorce. It gave me a great deal of peace of mind to have him fill out all of the paperwork and to have him in court with me. Best family law attorney ever!

Our case was a non-parental custody case. Charlie was a calm voice of reason not only for me but also the other party. We went from fighting about nearly everything to being able to finally agree on some productive plans with Charlie's assistance. He is super easy to talk to, and always has great adv...ice. He has been an absolute blessing to our family. He helped me go from having 3 hour a week supervised visits to having unsupervised visitations to now having plans for a complete reunification in the upcoming months. He is respectful to both sides but definitely keeps the focus on representing the goals of his client. He is very comfortable in the courtroom and gets along well with judges. To anyone who is feeling lost in their battle or hopeless about achieving a level of peace in their family, please allow Charlie to help you, he's an amazing lawyer and I highly recommend him to anyone. Really can't say enough, he has changed me and my children's lives.

Lawyer with heart

Mr. Shane's concern and determination to keep my kids safe was a number one priority. He and his staff were easy to work with, easy to reach, and fast to respond. He was flexible with my financial needs and donated much time, and ultimately succeeded at trial. I'm a single mom teacher who needed l...egal help and Mr. Shane was there through the whole process and made everything ok. He is compassionate to clients and will fight for them in court.

Child Custody

He is an amazing atterony. He helped us keep our son. He went up and beyond his means to help us. No matter the time of day he always got back to us. I would and will recommend him to anybody. Thank you Charlie for everything you have done for our family.
