Highly recommend 10/10 I am very grateful to have found out about King military Law. Mr King is very knowledgeable about military law & approaches things very strategic. His representation was well worth it. I initially called a little over a year ago and was very confused about what would happen ...with my case and how I’d get through everything. Unfortunately, I was referred to a special court martial and I was like super stressed out. There was a lot of things that would be used against me, including a video. While preparing for trail, they kept me informed and knowledgeable about every possible outcome and what my options were. Ms kasheta is very caring and provided a sense of safety that I didn’t always get from others around me. I appreciate the times she was stern because that’s what kept me out of more trouble while everything was still going on. She gave amazing advice & guidance even when I was only overthinking & my anxiety kicked in. My case was sort of sensitive and to my surprise they were not judgmental and treated personal topics with respect. During trail, Mr King provided impeccable defense. Even with the video being part of evidence, he was able to mitigate the impact it would have. Ultimately, I received no jail time, did not get a bad conduct discharge and can leave the Army honorably. They also took the time to provide encouragement about things I wanted to accomplish in the future that I thought I had no chance at. My son who is a Corporal in the Marine Corp Was being falsely accused of drugs and told his command he did not knowingly ingest anything. He was immediately told he would be administratively separated out of the Marine Corps . Guilty until proven innocent!! I hired King Military Law and it was the B...EST decision I could have made. Don and his team Holly and Kasheta walked my son and I through each step. The first he did was take a polygraph test. He was given a total of three tests, and passed all of them. We were granted an administrative hearing after close to 8 months. Don presented evidence that this was not intentional. He was amazing to watch in court my son who was described as an excellent Marine by his Sargents was found not guilty!! I cannot thank Holly and Kasheta for being there for my son, through the endless phone calls, the endless coaching, and sometimes just talking him off the cliff when he was having a bad day.
