Knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable and responsible attorney

Zeshan is an excellent lawyer, and great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and skillful about the overall judicial process. He helped identify what needs to be done at first and took all the necessary steps. His warm, easygoing personality helped with the otherwise turbulent process of a divorce.... My case wasn’t very complicated but there were certain unknown factors that could’ve made it all very problematic. As a result, I was nervous and passive with my approach to the case at first. He reviewed all the factors and educated me about the different possibilities. While that didn’t eliminate the potential issues but it helped me assess the situation better. As a result, I was able to take better decisions about the choices I needed to make. He always kept me informed about what was going on. His associates who helped out with the case at different point were also very skilled.

Fantastic, competent, and speedy help with bankruptcy!

Zeshan handled my bankruptcy last year, happily discharged in January (yay!). He was recommended by a very discriminating and reliable source, so I had high expectations, which he more than met. Zeshan was prompt, professional, sympathetic, concise, practical, and very reassuring throughout the entir...e process. He gave me a good summary of my options and the pros and cons of filing for bankruptcy. He was great with simplifying and summarizing matters when I felt I was getting out of my depth. He also was fast on his end without pressuring me to hurry things up on my end--juggling the bankruptcy during busy times at work was a challenge, but he was never impatient. He was very good at giving me an idea of what to expect from the outset, and then periodically along the way. I certainly felt like he was "on my side" and not passing judgment, which was very welcome at a time when my finances and morale were at a low ebb. I have recommended him to coworkers considering bankruptcy and am confident that he would be capable, forthright, and a supportive and knowledgeable advocate for his client in any situation. I could not recommend him more highly.

Very Good Experience

My divorce finalized very recently. As a completely biased participant in this process, it is perplexing how the court can arrive at "fair" financial conclusions that seem so heavily weighted against the husband/father--even in a short-term marriage such as mine. With that said, Zeshan did a great ...job of keeping me informed about the reality of the situation, and was always quick to sympathize AND empathize with me. He has the unfortunate experience to be able to do the latter. While he shared the rational assesment of the "truth," he by no means rolled over to a very stubborn opposing attorney. Zeshan was definitely on my side and working in my best interest at all times. I had the unusual experience of having two different attorneys for my case--since I discovered late in the process that I could switch to an attorney in my "network" and save money. So I have the perspective to say the difference between an "ok" attorney and a "really good" attorney is very significant. Prior to teaming up with Zeshan, I was basically given the impression that, one way or another, I was likely going to get hit with financial responsibilities that I consistently shared (nobody seemed to really care) were beyond my means. Zeshan made it clear to the opposition that their proposal simply wasn't doable--and an alternative needed to be worked out. Zeshan is very intelligent, great with people, quick, and an honestly good person. He was very knowledgeable of the entire process, and his experience showed. Amazingly, his service was more than reasonably priced as well. You cannot go wrong by choosing Zeshan to represent you.

Grateful to have been referred

After being dropped from 2 other attorneys, I was referred to Zeshan for my divorce/custody case in 2007-2009; I first met with Mr Khan just a few weeks before my case went to trial April 2009, I was desperate for help. At first, he seemed professional; then very personable, knowledgeable and helpfu...l, as he took on my case with just a portion of the remaining retainer from a previous attorney. I was amazed with his generosity and honesty; Zeshan made me believe that attorneys can have dignity, after another firm had pulled off my case in August 2008, in the midst of mediation and hearings with a difficult opposing attorney; the previous firm abandoned me and my children, with no referrals to go on. Thankfully I found Zeshan Khan last year, and he helped settle the difficult case with skill and compassion.

"Zeshan is a fantastic attorney. He is bright, thoughtful, creative, and, most importantly, respectful and empathetic to his clients and opposing counsel. Zeshan isn't one of the many caustic family law attorneys merely seeking to fight for the sake of it or the one-up the opposing party--instead, he seeks resourceful and productive solutions to help the parties move forward. I highly recommend Zeshan."
