Win! Win! Win! I went through a very stressful and complex custody battle with the emphasis of relocation for almost 2 years. The pain both emotional and physical I endured throughout the battle was nothing compared to the justice I received with Mr Khan’s representation. My case was complex from the beginning, it was so complex in the sense that I was given a harassment order after a protection order was placed against me by my ex on our first hearing of which at the end justice prevailed. I dealt with a narcissist who played the victim in court during trial. The other party accused me of being an alcoholic mom, with mental issues to the point the other lawyer argued my post partum as a mental health issue (my daughter is 12 now going 13 in a few months, she was 10 when the case started. I had post partum in 2011) and the caviar of their defense, they accused me of domestic violence against my ex and the narcissist one in the relationship all of which I was relieved from when the Judge gave his oral verdict on my case (07/12/24) with the help of Mr. Khan. In the turn of events, my ex was the one who got domestic violence restrictions on him , and with my own good defense, I got justice that I deserve that I was fighting for since the beginning. Mr. Khan is very passionate about his job, he listens and works hard during representation even with a few vacations he had to take during the course of the case when I hired him. But above all, I was beyond grateful for the winning results, winning results of a very complicated case! Zeshan is a fantastic lawyer. I was referred to him by another lawyer. I was going through a tough divorce/custody battle. Though I was scared as hell to losing my daughter and being relocated, Zeshan made the process easy and comforting as much as he could. He's the person you want in your corner... when your in the ring. Many would say lawyers are just in it for the money. True, it's a business, but I can guarantee that his clients come first. I've had lawyers before for other circumstances and never had one that made me feel my money was well spent. After being dropped from 2 other attorneys, I was referred to Zeshan for my divorce/custody case in 2007-2009; I first met with Mr Khan just a few weeks before my case went to trial April 2009, I was desperate for help. At first, he seemed professional; then very personable, knowledgeable and helpfu...l, as he took on my case with just a portion of the remaining retainer from a previous attorney. I was amazed with his generosity and honesty; Zeshan made me believe that attorneys can have dignity, after another firm had pulled off my case in August 2008, in the midst of mediation and hearings with a difficult opposing attorney; the previous firm abandoned me and my children, with no referrals to go on. Thankfully I found Zeshan Khan last year, and he helped settle the difficult case with skill and compassion.

Disappointing Experience with Zeshan - Ineffective Legal Advice and Unprofessional Behavior In early 2022, I made the unfortunate decision to hire Zeshan as my attorney to modify a parenting plan due to relocation. I felt compelled to share my experience so that others can be aware of the issues I... faced when working with him. To begin, Zeshan's legal advice and actions proved to be completely ineffective. Over the course of the year, he was unable to make any progress on my case, and I ultimately decided to terminate our professional relationship. One of the most concerning aspects of working with Zeshan was his apparent disregard for my best interests. It became clear to me that his main goal was to maximize his own profits, regardless of the consequences for me or my case. He appeared to intentionally drag out the process, thus increasing the amount of billable hours he could charge. Furthermore, I experienced abusive behavior from Zeshan during our time working together. This made the process even more frustrating and difficult, as I felt I could not trust him to handle my case professionally or ethically. I would strongly advise against hiring Zeshan for any legal matters. His ineffectiveness, unprofessionalism, and apparent focus on his own financial gain make it impossible for me to recommend his services. Please consider other options when seeking legal representation
