Terry Zundel is an exceptionally intelligent lawyer. She uses her pen like a sword and drafts the most succinct description of the facts. I am very grateful for the declarations and memorandums she wrote to present the truth before the Court. Her style of working with her clients 1:1 is very versatil...e. She has great strategies that she utilizes from her 25+ years of experience as a lawyer. Her style of working with and against the most twisted attorneys is remarkable. I have had to hear audio transcripts that got me to realize that, when she is in court, she is quick to think, she is somehow very calm, speaks slowly and clearly, yet she is very strong and assertive. She pays close attention to what the opposing counsel is stating, this allows her to catch various misrepresentations and raise objections as may be needed. I have not seen this with some other lawyers. She represents her clients with great zeal. She is obviously very busy and sometimes making an appointment with her can be a challenge. I recommend Terry especially if you are faced with difficult opposing party.

While as a client, my passions and emotions might dictate judgement, she balances that out with reasonable, relevant and realistic plans of action. I learned that I could trust her instincts and competence for the best results. She understands people, motives and has foresight that is worth considering. One of the biggest reasons I recommend her to everyone who needs a good and honest lawyer is this. After my laborious 14 hour long mediation, I came to know that she was in the middle of a personal crisis and was going through an equally painful situation in her own life. By this time, I knew her long enough that she would have mentioned it to me, but she chose to remain professional and focus entirely on me. She mentioned nothing to me till the mediation was over and then asked me to keep her in my prayers. Along with the larger crisis, that day, her daughter was in the hospital. I will never forget her kindness or professionalism. Also, I must mention that Terry's billing practices are fair and transparent. When she can, she works to save you money as well.
