I worked with Terry during a seemingly impossible divorce and custody case. My ex was impossible to work with, missed required court dates, threatened her and her staff frequently, refused to be cooperative or even decent and ultimately made a tough situation near impossible. Terry worked on this c...ase for 8 months, provided both legal advise and emotional support and ended up getting me full custody of daughter. She dealt with my ex- a malignant narcissist with professionalism and was able to see through his scary façade. She understands the law and fights for what is right. I would have been lost without Terry.

As a working father going up against a stay-at-home mom who wanted sole custody, a difficult attorney representing my ex, and a bad GAL report, things looked hopeless. Terry gave me options and hope when I was ready to give up, dealt with a very difficult opposing counsel, and argued a fantastic case.... At closing arguments, it was clear how emotionally and professionally invested she was in my case. After trial, I was satisfied that, win or lose, we did our best. And we won! I cannot recommend Terry highly enough, especially for professional working fathers who are fighting an uphill battle to keep involved in their kids' lives. She's the best!

I spoke to Terry regarding my legal matter, she was attentive and showed great compassion and empathy during our brief phone call. I was completely lost and confused, she helped me understand my situation more clearly. I ultimately ended up retaining her for services and she has been the best to work... with. I'm surprised to see the review giving her 1 star, that certainly was not my experience but I also know that some people have extremely excessive expectations. Terry was not only and exceptional lawyer who is intelligent, knowledgeable about law, steady and stalwart, but she is also ethical and did what was right. One of the challenges I felt like I faced was not being dragged down and allowing this process change who I am and what I consider to be morale a...nd she never came close to suggesting that we do anything outside of good decent behavior. She was a strong advocate and kept in mind the most important concern for our case which was what the best outcome for the children would be. Several reviews of other attorneys suggested that they stepped outside of their bounds, overcharged or mishandled their cases and she did not. She also has a humanitarian, compassionate side that communicates her understanding of the difficulties and challenges that can come with a divorce. She wasn't jaded or cold. She didn't lose her cool in the face of tactics clearly designed to throw both her and I off base. After 15 months of what was a grueling and very contentious divorce she always rose to the occasion and somehow managed to be thoroughly organized despite the significant complexities presented in such a lengthy, difficulty and convoluted case. Again I didn't ever get the sense that she was reactionary, operating from a place of retribution and she maintained compassion as proportionate to the situation and those involved admirably.

Terry Zundel is an exceptionally intelligent lawyer. She uses her pen like a sword and drafts the most succinct description of the facts. I am very grateful for the declarations and memorandums she wrote to present the truth before the Court. Her style of working with her clients 1:1 is very versatil...e. She has great strategies that she utilizes from her 25+ years of experience as a lawyer. Her style of working with and against the most twisted attorneys is remarkable. I have had to hear audio transcripts that got me to realize that, when she is in court, she is quick to think, she is somehow very calm, speaks slowly and clearly, yet she is very strong and assertive. She pays close attention to what the opposing counsel is stating, this allows her to catch various misrepresentations and raise objections as may be needed. I have not seen this with some other lawyers. She represents her clients with great zeal. She is obviously very busy and sometimes making an appointment with her can be a challenge. I recommend Terry especially if you are faced with difficult opposing party.
