Excellent Attorney

Reviews are never easy to write. This one is simple. Scott Feir and his team are a remarkable group of talented attorneys. They handled a complicated title/deed issue professionally with no problems. We actually hired Scott after he was an apposing lawyer on another case but was so impressed with hi...s performance it was a simple decision to hire him for our most current litigation. Legal cases are never fun... always stressful and costly but working with Scott we did not feel uncomfortable at anytime and certainly got our monies worth and the result we wanted!

Thoroughly Impressed

Scott and I worked closely on a fairly complicated case involving a contract dispute. He proved himself to be a consummate professional; a clear and creative thinker and problem solver, as well as a persuasive orator. His style is direct and straightforward. I fully trusted his appraisal of the st...rength of our case through each step of the process. He has a high degree of confidence in himself and his team, yet he also remained open to suggestions or requests. He took the time explain to me the consequences of strategies or tactics that I suggested when they were in conflict with the overall strategy that he had developed. He was both accommodating, patient, but also practical. The work produced throughout our case was of exceptionally high quality, and the judgements went in our favor at each step of the litigation process. I am fortunate to have Scott and his team as our legal representation.
