One never knows how good their attorney is until you are in Court, then it's too late. Ours case/ litigation was more difficult because of it consisting of three opposing parties. Each throwing accusations and deflecting accusations to and from each other. We had two Meditation hearings and wer...e now in the midst of Depositions from 14 persons. Multiple attorneys from each Party were making their best efforts to separate fact from fiction and get to meaningful truths from each witness. Scott helped successfully litigate a particularly difficult commercial eviction with all sorts of twists and turns coming from the tenant and the courts. He was amazing. Months later when the tenant tried to make insurance ...claims on their abandoned property I was glad to have had Scott's sage advice to take proper precautions against such an eventually. He successfully litigated the eviction and further insulated my client from future liability due to his skill and foresight.
