Rob gets it done

I hired Rob Kornfeld as my personal injury attorney for a very complicated case involving multiple accidents, injuries and claims. Best Attorney I Could've Asked For

Robert Kornfeld is such a hard working, focused, knowledgeable, trustworthy attorney. He spent 6.5 years on my case, and we won! Rob went out of his way to make sure I had a some type of transportation to every appointment that he set up and also that I completely understood every single thing that w...as going on at the appointments. His assistants were also amazing. They were in constant contact with me as well, making sure I knew what time my appointments were at and where. I was never out of the loop. Thank you Rob, Christy, and Dawn for everything you've done for me!

Excellent Legal Knowledge Overcomes Seemingly Confusing Evidence

My wife and I were involved in a 4 vehicle accident in late 2011. I was following my wife as we drove separately in our cars. As traffic stopped in front of her, I saw the situation and proceeded to slow almost to a stop when a vehicle following me, obviously not aware of the situation, struck me f...rom behind, forcing me into my wife's car and she into a truck in front of her. All the vehicles besides the truck were totaled. Two "witnesses", who were not at good vantage points to see the accident, wrote incorrect information, which unfortunately the other driver's insurance company grabbed onto in their claim their insured was not totally at fault. Our insurance company was not obtaining witness reports and other information to help us in this situation. As we had suffered injuries directly related to the accident, as well as lost both cars, we chose to hire an attorney to help navigate through the mess. I searched online reviews and AVVO and identified a couple possible attorneys. After meeting with Rob Kornfeld, we knew we had just hired an advocate and an experienced litigator who wouldn't be deterred by insurance company tactics. I'm so glad we did. While the long wait to conclude medical procedures and to schedule depositions took much longer than we would have hoped, in the end, at arbitration, the legal expertise of Rob Kornfeld was evident and the smoke and mirrors presented by the opposing insurance company counsel proved futile. The Arbitrator ruled 100% in our favor and we had 0% liability. The Arbitrator award was reasonable and allowed us to recover our costs and reimburse for medical expenses plus some general damages. Rob's legal staff was good at keeping us updated when we had questions and responded to my requests for copies of documents and information. Rob shared his cell number so we were able to communicate directly when key parts of our case were coming up. Rob was very frank about potential risks he saw in the case, as well as what he felt was needed to prove our points. He always asked if there were questions we wanted answered during depositions and would help explain things me or my wife didn't understand. We felt heard, supported and confident being represented by Rob Kornfeld. We have no reservations in recommending Rob and his team to anyone needing representation against in insurance environment that is all about business and the bottom line.

If you are an injured bus driver, you need Rob Kornfeld

I am very grateful to Rob Kornfeld and his paralegal for the many months they invested in my personal injury/worker's compensation case. Without his knowledge and dedication, the case may not have gone so well.. I was hit head-on , while working as a bus driver. My ex-employer, being self-insured,... cancelled my needed second rotator surgery, deliberately removed me from my job, with the admitted intent to fire me when my FMLA expired, and then wanted to keep a lien on my personal injury settlement. Mr. Kornfeld's knowledge, experience and determination paid off, and I am very grateful to he and his paralegal, Dawn, for being so tolerant of my fears, anxieties, and numerous emails to them, during these harsh economic uncertainties of being injured and un-employed. I am still un-employed, but many thanks to Mr. Kornfeld, I now have the faith I will survive this horrific experience. I highly recommend Rob Kornfeld to any and all injured bus drivers who face the same self-injured suffering.

A Winner

We presented our case to Mr. Kornfeld late, nearly jeopardizing our right to file a claim, and was the first thing Rob commented on. He accepted our case saying he thought he could help. That was an understatement. His knowledge of the law, insurance liability acumen, incredible industry and dilig...ence, and the earned respect of opposing litigators succeeded in gaining for us the maximum settlement possible. We recommend Mr. Kornfeld wholeheartedly and without hesitation. He is a winner!
