I personally attend to the offices located in Wenatchee and in the Seattle area (including Tacoma to Bellingham, and even out to the Olympic penninsula), and travel throughout this region when required and my clients cannot come to one of our offices. Firm wide, the Calbom & Schwab Law Group maintains its primary office in Moses Lake, with satellite offices in Wenatchee, Kennewick, Walla Walla, and Seattle. I am available to meet at locations not serviced by one of our offices at your convenience. I understand that you may not be able to travel to one of our offices because of your disability.
In my view, the practice of law is partly the art of connecting with people, understanding how to best advance their legal interests in a personal way. Preparing for the practice of law began with a two year residency in San Juan, Puerto Rico where I went to learn Spanish. Since then, I have devoted myself to protecting and defending the legal rights of those who have been wrongfully denied benefits through the Worker's Compensation system, or the Social Security Disability and SSI system. Being able to speak to my Spanish speaking only clients without an interpreter has always facilitated my relationship with those clients who cannot speak English in a way that I also enjoy with my English speaking clients. No interpreter is a substitute for the one-on-one personal connection that comes in speaking with someone directly. When not working in one of our offices across the State of Washington, I enjoy doing some pro bono work through the Latina/o Bar Assn of Washington and their work at El Centro de la Raza in Seattle. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, or playing guitar. And like any parent, my children are my greatest joy and gift in life.

I had filed for SSDI benefits back in 2017. I hadn’t seen any developments in my case for such a long period of time, so I decided to hire Attorney Schwab in Oct. 2018. First thing I noticed was he took the time to discuss my case as if I was her only client, & that he took all the time in the world ...

Jeffery Schwab is an outstanding litigator who genuinely cares about his clients. I was extremely impressed as Jeffery wove together the complex details of my years long case into a compelling case for receiving benefits. It was a difficult period but I am grateful I have Jeffery looking out for my i...

Jeff Schwab & staff (Glenna, etc) always provided prompt answers to questions and acted in a courteous and professional manner. During this stressful time, which took years for them to settle on my husband's behalf with L&I, they were fun to work. This says a lot when your entire financial future i...

"I have known Jeff since our days at law school. I have only known him to be honest, hard working, and intelligent. I would refer worker's compensation and social security clients to him with confidence."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jeff is a Spanish speaking lawyer. His firm and he are well known throughout the state as advocates for those in need of legal services for injury on the job site. He also has depth of knowledge concerning those making claims for social security disability. I have reffered people from Seattle and Mount Vernon. He has traveled to meet with the clients, and done an excellent job. He has no geographic limitation. He is dedicated to go where people are in need."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jeff is one of the most dedicated workers compensation and social security disability attorneys in our office. I recently asked him to represent a long time friend of mine in Seattle before a social security judge who only finds on behalf of the disabled in 14% of all cases before him, yet Jeff won benefits for my friend only through great dedication and hard work."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Schwab is very professional and competent to handle Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He has represented clients and displayed a keen sense of the law. His practice has required him to write winning briefs as multiple levels of appellate practice. He has successfully represented clients with Oral arguments before Superior Court of multiple counties in Washington State, U.S. District court, and the Washington State Court of Appeals. He is proficient in the Spanish language and natural and comforting to his clients as he explains their rights and his responsibilities in representing them. I believe he has earned the respect of opposing counsel in every case he worked."

"I've had an opportunity to work closely with Jeff in the past, and observe him in representation of both injured workers and social security clients. Jeff has an excellent knowledge of both areas of law, and definitely knows how to utilize that in order to maximize recovery for his clients. I would have no reservations referring clients to Jeff."
"Jeff is an attorney that fights for his clients and does not bend to intimidation tactics. When he feels that justice is on his side he will do anything in his power to convince the decision makers to do what is right and give his clients what they deserve. I highly recommend Jeff Schwab for any Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability cases."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jeff is a talented and dedicated attorney who works hard to get positive results for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. I think Jeff has a lot of good experience, is very detail oriented, and is a strong lawyer with strong skills. I recommend Jeff Schwab."
