life in a storm
I cannot express my immense gratitude and relief as I write this review for Rios Immigration Defense. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in the hands of exceptional legal professionals who genuinely cared about me and my case. If there were a way to give them more than five stars, I would do it without hesitation. My journey with Rios Immigration Defense began during one of the most challenging times of my life. I was facing a legal battle that seemed daunting and overwhelming, and I was unsure of how I would ever get through it. However, from my first meeting with my attorney, Manuel Rios, I felt a glimmer of hope. Their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my well-being were evident from the start, I must admit that there were moments when I felt discouraged, but Rios Immigration defense was always there to provide support and encouragement. Their expertise in the legal field was awe-inspiring, and it was clear that they were not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about fighting for justice. Every step of the way Rios Immigration Defense demonstrated exceptional professionalism and communication. Call Rios & Cruz Now! Then finish reading this review.
We visited Manuel Rios for our consultation meeting, hoping to apply for DACA, then for permanent residence. He was poignant, clear, and his voice was utterly honest. From the start he explained the 'you could be approved' followed by 'if you were not approved, then we would...' emphasizing he didn't think so and if it did, we would encounter as it came. He was reassuring, but without encouraging the least amount of false hope, which made us feel safe and confident. The wait is tough, as many of you can and will relate. However, the one aspect that kept us hopeful and moving forward was his incomparable experience and insight into the systems of immigration. Every step along the way, countless of them, happened just as he had delineated. Almost, exactly as he said it could go, and I imagined if it went the other way, it would be as he had said it could go. This process went just as he said it would unfold. Manuel and HIS AMAZING team kept us focused and informed. They were exceptionally thorough and organized as the application grew in size from fe w pages to hundreds.Truly, I cannot find the words that express the level of gratitude we have for Manuel Rios and his Team. They are professional and most importantly, personable. His legal assistants were friendly and intelligent, and were always available to answer each and every one of our questions, as well as to provide realistic words of encouragement. I cannot imagine his daily workload, yet he did not fail to return one email or phone call to answer our questions. Whether himself or his team, I heard back within a day. This man works around the clock. He lets you know you are not alone, and that he is by your side. The best money we have spent, and truthfully, it was more affordable that I had imagined. I advice you to consult with him, does not matter how long it takes to see him, DO IT. Do not look elsewhere. If you follow his direction and instructions exactly as he says, you will win your case. I know this with unshakeable certainty, because his overwhelming experience. If you are reading this and contact his legal team, I know for a fact you will think to yourself one day, 'he was right'.

An attorney who is beyond exceptional
Manuel is my attorney for a long time. My case was the most complicated process ever. I lost all my hopes, and I was just thinking to go back to my country, but he didn't let me do that. After a long battle he won my case. Nobody believed he could win it, but he did it. If you have simple or complicated immigration case in the US regardless of any state you located, and you want to go 100%, don't hesitate to hire Manuel. He will go beyond what you expect. I will be grateful for life what he did for me.

Such a great immigration lawyer!
There’s no words to describe how great of a lawyer & person Manny is! He truly cares about his clients, which makes him even more wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and informative! He best prepares his clients for any case scenario. He is very straightforward, humble, and hardworking. Truly values & is passionate about what he does. My dad had a complicated immigration case, on the verge of deportation, but Manny did all he could & thankfully we won the case with all his hard work. Cannot thank him enough! My family and I appreciate him very much! I highly recomend him!

He is amazing in all the meanings of the word!
To sum it up, Mr. Rios, or short, Manny, was amazing for me. Not only intellectually brilliant because he knows the intricacies of the complicated immigration law as it applied to a complex citizenship application but also emotionally intelligent with an amazing dose of intuition and humbleness, openness, straightforwardness, sensitivity and HUMOR and respect. Despite that I challenges he made me crack up many times which I really aporeciated. There are good lawyers but many don't care. He cared! You cannot make people care. They don't teach that in school. People who don't care can miss opportunities for you, don't come to optimal solutions for you. But with him I'm convinced that because he cared he was able to make the right decisions for me at the right time. His greatness also showed through when he selflessly involved another lawyer to take over for me because it seemed best for me, not for him (!) in my situation. He acted truely SELFLESS and HONORABLE. He was able to think outside the box, was patient, smart and found a solution that involved great skill and perfect timing. Sometimes timing is really important. All the while we were having fun and were joking. He is a very busy man but always carves out time to respond to an email. I was also impressed by the quality of information and THOROUGHNESS with which he provided it in his emails. He documented critical questions with answers citing the applicable law so one can always refer back to it. This is extremely valuable because verbally I would not have been able to remember. This shows his greatness again in another way. Thank you Manny a million times for a successful job and all your future help in advance. Well done! :-)

Manuel Rios. Lawyer extraordinary.
I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to let everyone know that honest lawyers truly exist. We went through various lawyers, only to have them take our money and then let us know that our case could not be done. We were devastated. Then we found Manny Rios. An honest and straightforward lawyer. He reviewed our case, told us that is a very complex case. That it would take time and money, but he believed it could be done. We put our trust in him. He was very honest with us, promising that he would do everything in his power to win this case. And we did ! But only because of Manny’s hard and diligent work and knowledge of the working of the immigration system. We will be forever grateful to him and his staff.

Manuel Rios NUMERO #1
Manny is an amazing, wonderful, excellent and professional attorney you will find for any immigration issues. He will be completely honest and straight forward about your case and will let you know from the beginning your options without beating around the bushes. He did what other lawyers said: Sorry but you have no chances. Manny not only got my husband legal status in the USA but he expunged all of his background records in court he had. And all of these was done in a long distance format; Manuel Rios Office is in Washington and We live in California. That’s how incredible and smart he is. I have never been in his office and I only had the pleasure of meeting him in person once, and that’s because he came to California for my husbands expunged court date. Manuel does Profesionail work and he is a humble person.

Highly reccomend
Manuel is without a doubt the best immigration lawyer. He is very passionate about his work. He helped my husband receive his green card after a complicated case. He was the only lawyer who believed in him when every other lawyer said no. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. It is without a doubt that I HIGHLY reccomend him as an immigration lawyer.

The Best Lawyer Around
I have had the privilege of knowing Manuel (Manny) for many years now, and he is by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy lawyer I know. In this world of scams and lies, people need to trust again and Manny brings that to our community. His old school approach to getting things done has proven time and time again that nothing, nothing can take the place of old fashion hard work. As a young lawyer, I have learned a lot from him, and I know I will continue to develop into a successful lawyer by following in his footsteps. Thank you Manny, my mentor and my friend.

Anything is possible with Manuel Rios
Mr.Rios has helped me a lot with my immigration case which I thought I could never win. He is a miracle worker; he makes impossible things possible. First , he helped me to win my immigration case to stay in the US legally, I have never seen any attorney who spends time with his client to work everything out to win the case like Mr. Rios does. He is very detail oriented and smart. He also helped me to get my bail bond money back. When I moved to Vegas, I still need his help for immigration matter here. He always gives me what I want, it seems like nothing can challenge him. I have to say his work is worth more than what I paid. Thank you so much, mr.Rios. My life would not been this easy if I don't know you.

Great immigration lawyer!
I have used the immigration services of Manuel Rios several times over the past 10 years. Mr. Rios has assited me both family immigration matters and several business visa issues. I have worked with many attorneys over the years as my job requires weekly involvement with lots of attorneys. I can honestly say that Mr. Rios is extremely intelligent, creative and able to solve any issue I have ever presented to him. Me giving most attorneys favorable comments certainly isn't the case; however, Mr. Rios has proven himself to me time and again.

LIED AND CHEATED ME OFF FROM A WINNING CASE
This goes back years from today he thought I wouldn’t have the money to pay him and I was going to win my case because a couple years later an immigration officer told me so. This attorney told me I had lost my case and he needed me to kay him up front or there was not much he would be able to do. If he would have done his job and had been busy and not assumed he would not gotten paid I would have highly recommended him. It’s sad to see how some people knowing the law don’t help as they should but rather take advantage of their knowledge. Any how As above so below.
