We visited Manuel Rios for our consultation meeting, hoping to apply for DACA, then for permanent residence. He was poignant, clear, and his voice was utterly honest. From the start he explained the 'you could be approved' followed by 'if you were not approved, then we would...' emphasizing he didn't... think so and if it did, we would encounter as it came. He was reassuring, but without encouraging the least amount of false hope, which made us feel safe and confident. The wait is tough, as many of you can and will relate. However, the one aspect that kept us hopeful and moving forward was his incomparable experience and insight into the systems of immigration. Every step along the way, countless of them, happened just as he had delineated. Almost, exactly as he said it could go, and I imagined if it went the other way, it would be as he had said it could go. This process went just as he said it would unfold. Manuel and HIS AMAZING team kept us focused and informed. They were exceptionally thorough and organized as the application grew in size from fe w pages to hundreds.Truly, I cannot find the words that express the level of gratitude we have for Manuel Rios and his Team. They are professional and most importantly, personable. His legal assistants were friendly and intelligent, and were always available to answer each and every one of our questions, as well as to provide realistic words of encouragement. I cannot imagine his daily workload, yet he did not fail to return one email or phone call to answer our questions. Whether himself or his team, I heard back within a day. This man works around the clock. He lets you know you are not alone, and that he is by your side. The best money we have spent, and truthfully, it was more affordable that I had imagined. I advice you to consult with him, does not matter how long it takes to see him, DO IT. Do not look elsewhere. If you follow his direction and instructions exactly as he says, you will win your case. I know this with unshakeable certainty, because his overwhelming experience. If you are reading this and contact his legal team, I know for a fact you will think to yourself one day, 'he was right'.

He is amazing in all the meanings of the word!

To sum it up, Mr. Rios, or short, Manny, was amazing for me. Not only intellectually brilliant because he knows the intricacies of the complicated immigration law as it applied to a complex citizenship application but also emotionally intelligent with an amazing dose of intuition and humbleness, op...enness, straightforwardness, sensitivity and HUMOR and respect. Despite that I challenges he made me crack up many times which I really aporeciated. There are good lawyers but many don't care. He cared! You cannot make people care. They don't teach that in school. People who don't care can miss opportunities for you, don't come to optimal solutions for you. But with him I'm convinced that because he cared he was able to make the right decisions for me at the right time. His greatness also showed through when he selflessly involved another lawyer to take over for me because it seemed best for me, not for him (!) in my situation. He acted truely SELFLESS and HONORABLE. He was able to think outside the box, was patient, smart and found a solution that involved great skill and perfect timing. Sometimes timing is really important. All the while we were having fun and were joking. He is a very busy man but always carves out time to respond to an email. I was also impressed by the quality of information and THOROUGHNESS with which he provided it in his emails. He documented critical questions with answers citing the applicable law so one can always refer back to it. This is extremely valuable because verbally I would not have been able to remember. This shows his greatness again in another way. Thank you Manny a million times for a successful job and all your future help in advance. Well done! :-)

Manuel Rios. Lawyer extraordinary.

I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to let everyone know that honest lawyers truly exist. We went through various lawyers, only to have them take our money and then let us know that our case could not be done. We were devastated. Then we found Manny Rios. An honest and straightforward lawyer. ...He reviewed our case, told us that is a very complex case. That it would take time and money, but he believed it could be done. We put our trust in him. He was very honest with us, promising that he would do everything in his power to win this case. And we did ! But only because of Manny’s hard and diligent work and knowledge of the working of the immigration system. We will be forever grateful to him and his staff.

Manuel Rios NUMERO #1

Manny is an amazing, wonderful, excellent and professional attorney you will find for any immigration issues. He will be completely honest and straight forward about your case and will let you know from the beginning your options without beating around the bushes. He did what other lawyers said: Sorr...y but you have no chances. Manny not only got my husband legal status in the USA but he expunged all of his background records in court he had. And all of these was done in a long distance format; Manuel Rios Office is in Washington and We live in California. That’s how incredible and smart he is. I have never been in his office and I only had the pleasure of meeting him in person once, and that’s because he came to California for my husbands expunged court date. Manuel does Profesionail work and he is a humble person.
