ABCMR Application

Jason helped me with a correction of military records application (ABCMR) and the experience was awesome. When dealing with lawyers, most are pretty deadpan. What sets Jason apart is his passion for his clients and the law. He genuinely gets excited about his work. That passion earned my trust.

Very knowledgeable and caring

I had a great experience with Jason Greene. When I approached him with a situation that I was dealing with, he was attentive to me and was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he go out of his way to find the answers and solution to my situation, he offered advice as to what I could do a...nd what the possible outcome could be. Doing this, he put me more at ease and I felt that if I would have not contacted him I would have been worse off. When it comes to military law, I hold him in high regards to the area of specialty as well as to how hard working he is for his clients. Overall, Jason in my eyes is top notch and is an asset to anyone that uses him for any news related to his area of specialty.

The best civilian lawyer consultation I had, hands down.

Last year was easily one of the most stressful experiences I've endured in my entire life. The amount of fear, uncertainty, and helplessness that I experienced is inexplicable. After I was assigned my trail defense lawyer from the Army, I knew I had to find civilian legal representation. For a lack o...f better words, my dog could have defended me better than the initial lawyer I received. The quality and effort put forth is night and day difference, if you're going through a court martial you're doing yourself an injustice not to hire someone such as Jason to represent you. After talking to at least 4-5 civilian lawyers I quickly found out that hiring a civilian lawyer is expensive. I'm not writing this to tell you that Jason's firm is inexpensive. However, I am writing this because I feel compelled to advocate on Jason's character. This man was thee ONLY civilian lawyer that actual cared about me and what I was going through. It wasn't just a "here's the price you want it or not? ok bye!". Although Jason could have easily went the same direction as all the other lawyers I talked to. Instead this man genuinely cared, he listened to my circumstances and was not only extremely empathetic, he went above and beyond. He significantly helped my understanding of the process and gave some outstanding advice. He spent hours of his personal time talking to me on the phone and doing his own research, not once but MANY times. Although he knew I couldn't afford the costs, he still cared and essentially walked with me through the now distant nightmare of my court martial. When I knew Jason was not just in this for the money, but actually cared about his clients it legitimately restored my faith in humanity. I knew not only was I talking to an extremely intelligent man, I was conversing with an outstanding man of character. If you're going through something similar and you can make it work, you want Jason and his firm representing you. If you're not happy with your military lawyer, the worst thing you can do is nothing at all. Don't assume the military is going to take care of you, they won't. Pick up the phone and give Jason a call.

SHARP related General Court Martial

Jason is someone that you want by your side, without him I don’t think that I would have my life and career back. During the summer of 2018 I was suspected and placed under investigation for sexual assault while serving overseas. I was transferred units and pretty much left to die alone with these u...nfounded accusations. During that time, the investigation had taken so long that I finished my 9 month rotation and was sent back stateside. The investigation results didn’t come out until April the following year! Even though said report had no real evidence to back up the accusations, the U.S. Army still decided to proceed with an Art. 15 hearing. I simply wasn’t going to let them push me around anymore after almost a year of investigations and simply messing with my career and time. My mother introduced me to Jason from Court & Carpenter law firm. From the start I knew Jason was a good guy and an excellent attorney. The confidence that he shows and the way he carries himself really stood out compared to the lackluster attorneys that I had spoken with at TDS. Jason went straight to work, he went over every little detail that the Art. 15 packet had and with his insight, I ultimately made the decision to decline the Art. 15 and chose trial by court martial. While TDS was quick to dismiss my decision for court martial, even downright demean me, Jason was there for support and while he made sure to let me know that there wasn’t a 100% chance of victory, he still supported my decision and said that we had a fighting chance. I declined the Art. 15 Once that decision was made the ball really started rolling. Jason was there for every little step of the court martial process and made sure that we would attack this case with everything we had. He was careful yet aggressive with his methods, definitely my kind of style. He would also keep me up to date on every little detail that would come up. With his expertise we had also decided to take a polygraph from an accredited source, he used any method and resource that would ultimately help us win this case. We decided not to decline the Art. 32 hearing. Jason figured that since we’re ultimately going to court martial that we should fight this at every step, I definitely agreed. At the Art. 32 hearing, Jason was professional and had compiled so much information from the evidence report that when it came down to concluding arguments, the Army’s prosecutor had a measly 5-minute conclusion while Jason spoke for an hour straight; tearing down and pointing out flaws about the accusations. He pointed out CIDs overzealous behavior, investigation and interview methods and even used the prosecutors very own words against her, as she herself had stated in the report that there was no probable cause. While the Army deemed it necessary to proceed even beyond the Art. 32, everything Jason said that day ultimately made a difference! His words along with his strategic decision to send the polygraph results at exactly the right time are what ultimately made the Convening Authority make his decision to go against the Art. 32 ruling (proceeding with court martial). Charges were ultimately dismissed! While my situation may have been very unique, it was still amazing that Jason managed to end this Sexual Assault related General Court Martial at the Art. 32 hearing. His work and dedication ended this case swiftly, especially in a military climate where anything SHARP related can be the end of your career with possible long-term jail time. While it was ultimately my decision to decline the Art. 15, I couldn’t have done it without Jason and C&Cs support, vast experience and knowledge of military law. I love my job with the military but in terms of legal situations, the odds are stacked way against you. You definitely need an attorney such as Jason to review the facts and advise you on making the right decision. Hiring Jason Greene and C&C Law Firm was the best decision I could have made.

Navy 15 years, Positive Urinalysis for Oxycodone, Admin Sep Board

In 2015 I showed positive for oxycodone on a urinalysis. On top of this I had just found out that I was to be medically retired. Once the urinalysis result came back my whole world flipped. There was a huge risk to lose everything. I hired Mr. Carpenter, Jason was his right hand man. My case went to ...Captains Mast and ultimately Admin Sep Board. Jason communicated with me every step of the way and found holes in the investigation. The biggest being that the command misread the expiration date for the expiration date to fill the prescription. This won the case and I was found not guilty of any infraction. The captains mast was removed from my record. His thorough work saved my retirement and my families lively hood. I am now a student in Nursing School and it is because of the work that Jason and Mr. Carpenter did. I said it in 2015 after we had won my case and I will say it again. Jason has a bright future and anyone he represents can expect professionalism, dedication, and a very thorough attorney. He has been tutored and mentored by the best military defense attorney that there is. Jason is a winner and his clients will be as well!!!
