Article 112a UCMJ Case

The opportunity to work with Jason Greene came to me after asking around about a quality representative in a legal matter dealing with Article 122a UCMJ case. I was currently working with a JAG who felt strong about what my case intitled which revolved around Unknowing Indigestion of an Illegal subst...ance and that there was a chance i could fight this. January 2024 I was removed from my platoon and started the process of dealing with a failed urinalysis. The JAG I was working with walked through each step with me explaining what it meant and asking how I wanted to handle those steps. Everything was very positive, but I still had concerns and questions. At the time called Jason I was in a position where the command was forcing me to make decisions that were not in my best interest, but rather a quick process to get me removed from the military. I was never taken to or gone through a NJP process and I was being forced to give up my rights to an Administrative Board. Needless to say, Jason Worked fast after our first phone cal. He contacted the current JAG officer I was working with and requested every bit of documentation and concrete facts on what was being offered or not offered by the command. By March we put together a waiver for unknowing or innocent ingestion, which fails under "opnavisnt 5350.4E" Behind the scenes Jason continued to communicate with higher headquarters and the Admiral's office, trying to get some solid communication on what was going on with my case and the waiver. The lack of communication to myself or Jason was incredibly unprofessional, with that being said we heard nothing new until June 2024. Where I received a letter from SWFPAC CO acknowledging the waiver and agreeing with my retention in the Navy. It was a great feeling and a win for us. It wasn't until October when I was told my case was still open and being separated from the military was still in play. One call to Jason and he umped back onto the case as if there was no time in-between. Jason continued to work with me as if I was his only client. There was no miss time or communication on his every email or move to fight for me. The commitment and dedication was tested when I received my 10 day letter in February 2025. Jason along with his team work valiantly for a year to clear my name from this stain and keep me enlisted in teh military. when I mentioned no time lost no hesitation in commitment, I men it. By March 2025 I was completing everything needed to be removed from the military, but one phone call from Jason stopped everything. Even after I was giving notification of separation he continued to comb through military and Navy orders until he found a military order stating the my unknowing ingestion must be reviewed at an Administration Separation Board or Board of inquiry. On top of this find his team worked 74 hours straight to put together an appeal to the district court. This process was grueling and was done in a very short period, reedy for a judge to review Monday morning. Dedication and discipline are those things that Jason possesses and his results prove it. Jason and his team continue to push for me. My case had a stretch for a year and some months and Jason has been by my family and myself the entire way. We were never given the opportunity for an article 122a, which was something we requested, we ere denied an ADSEP and forced out the door. However, Jason and the team at Military Justice Firm continued to work and grind. My case is still active June 2025 however I've been awarded the opportunity to have an Administration Separation Board, something they fought for to have.

Dedicated, personable lawyer who will fight for you

An investigation into a decades-old issue threatened my military career just prior to retirement. I retained Jason's services when personnel command began the ADSEP process on very short notice, even after an initial finding of No-Action by the first flag officer in my chain of command. They offe...red me the chance to resign in lieu of board proceedings, and I was really at a loss. I had never dealt with anything like this. I called Jason, he was simply amazing. He was pretty dumbfounded as to what was being done to me, and found it an egregious overreach. I finally felt like I had some modicum of control over the situation and someone on my side. With only the basics of my story to go on, Jason immediately engaged personnel command, got an extension on the response deadline, and indicated that we would prefer to go to a board of inquiry with my side of the story. Jason seemed to know pretty much everyone involved with this process, and he dealt with them in a firm, professional, and cordial manner. It was one of the most stressful periods of my life. I had never been in any sort of trouble in what I thought was a pretty good career. Jason told me that he was my lawyer and not much of a mental health counselor, but I say that's not entirely true, as discussing the issue and case with him and having him on my side helped my mental outlook tremendously. We talked about the case extensively. After digesting the facts of the case, he prepared a detailed, nuanced letter to the board that fully explained my side of the story, highlighted my trouble-free career and personal life, and submitted it on my behalf. Several stressful weeks went by. Then, the phone call came in from personnel command. The board met. I was retained, and my case was closed. An amazing result that I don't think would have happened without Jason's help. Later, I was able to retire successfully with an honorable discharge.

Beat CID, Court Martial, & ADSEP

After hiring Jason, he was on the case and determined every angle to provide a defense. Jason was highly professional, prompt in returning responses and guiding me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and immediately explained how my rights had been violated. With military, everything... is a "hurry up and wait", although Jason surely got their attention, and ultimately won the case! I was able to get honorably discharged through the med. board. No hidden fees, straightforward!

Army E-4, Avoided Court-Martial and ADSEP

Hired jason after I had to see CID but didn't know anything about them until the day after the interview with the CID. I was under the investigation for fraud and many other things. I didn't know what to do at that time so I started to look for military attorneys and I came across Jason's profile who... had actually faught for one of my sergeant for a court martial case and Jason actually got him acquitted with 2 cases against him. I was happy that Jason fought for me and I got out with medical discharge and honorable. I would highly recommend jason for anyone. He is hard working person and he will try everything to help anyone who needs it.
