Jason Greene Saved My Career: Outstanding UCMJ Defense After 16 Years of Service

If you’re looking for a skilled UCMJ lawyer, I highly recommend Jason Greene. Over the last three years at my command, Jason has been an invaluable resource during a challenging time in my military career. When I faced serious charges, including Article 128, he stepped in and effectively challenge...d the way my command handled the situation, revealing their focus on damaging my career rather than seeking justice. Jason’s expertise in military law is evident in his thorough approach. He took the time to analyze every detail of my case and crafted a robust defense package that addressed all aspects of my situation, including my Command Managed Equal Opportunity investigation. His strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail were crucial in protecting my rights throughout the process. The pivotal moment came during my administrative board for Article 112a after 16 years of dedicated service. Thanks to Jason's hard work and commitment, I received a not guilty verdict. For many service members, the stakes are incredibly high after years of dedication, and Jason's efforts truly made a difference for my future. If you need legal representation for UCMJ matters, look no further than Jason Greene. He is a dedicated advocate who genuinely cares about his clients and their careers. Thank you, Jason, for your exceptional support and guidance!

Army E-4, Avoided Court-Martial and ADSEP

Hired jason after I had to see CID but didn't know anything about them until the day after the interview with the CID. I was under the investigation for fraud and many other things. I didn't know what to do at that time so I started to look for military attorneys and I came across Jason's profile who... had actually faught for one of my sergeant for a court martial case and Jason actually got him acquitted with 2 cases against him. I was happy that Jason fought for me and I got out with medical discharge and honorable. I would highly recommend jason for anyone. He is hard working person and he will try everything to help anyone who needs it.

Life saver

Lawyer gave great advice and peace of mind. He laid out my options plainly so that i could make an informed decision and followed up when my case was ultimately dropped to ensure my record was clean. Totally worth the money.

The best civilian lawyer consultation I had, hands down.

Last year was easily one of the most stressful experiences I've endured in my entire life. The amount of fear, uncertainty, and helplessness that I experienced is inexplicable. After I was assigned my trail defense lawyer from the Army, I knew I had to find civilian legal representation. For a lack o...f better words, my dog could have defended me better than the initial lawyer I received. The quality and effort put forth is night and day difference, if you're going through a court martial you're doing yourself an injustice not to hire someone such as Jason to represent you. After talking to at least 4-5 civilian lawyers I quickly found out that hiring a civilian lawyer is expensive. I'm not writing this to tell you that Jason's firm is inexpensive. However, I am writing this because I feel compelled to advocate on Jason's character. This man was thee ONLY civilian lawyer that actual cared about me and what I was going through. It wasn't just a "here's the price you want it or not? ok bye!". Although Jason could have easily went the same direction as all the other lawyers I talked to. Instead this man genuinely cared, he listened to my circumstances and was not only extremely empathetic, he went above and beyond. He significantly helped my understanding of the process and gave some outstanding advice. He spent hours of his personal time talking to me on the phone and doing his own research, not once but MANY times. Although he knew I couldn't afford the costs, he still cared and essentially walked with me through the now distant nightmare of my court martial. When I knew Jason was not just in this for the money, but actually cared about his clients it legitimately restored my faith in humanity. I knew not only was I talking to an extremely intelligent man, I was conversing with an outstanding man of character. If you're going through something similar and you can make it work, you want Jason and his firm representing you. If you're not happy with your military lawyer, the worst thing you can do is nothing at all. Don't assume the military is going to take care of you, they won't. Pick up the phone and give Jason a call.

Excellent Attorney

Don’t let the few reviews fool you, Jason Greene is a highly experienced attorney. Every case is unique and mine was no different. Starting from an allegation that resulted in an investigation, which turned into a Field Grade Article 15, and led to a Summary Court Martial, I had spoken to many differ...ent attorneys beforehand. I spoke with Jason and he had the confidence that the others didn’t. I hired him right before the investigation had closed and I am glad that I did. I spoke with a TDS attorney, they had told me to just take the Article 15 and be done with it. I had many conference calls with Jason and Stephen Carpenter before turning down the Article 15. I feel that I made the right choice. That’s when the ball started to roll and turned into a Court Martial. The government had the cards stacked against us, but Jason had pushed back. The government had wanted the trial to happen as soon as possible, Jason requested a reasonable delay. That gave him time to speak with witnesses and get a clear picture of the situation. He also requested the government to elaborate on a relatively vague charge. The government responded initially unfairly, but Jason had objected and the government had corrected the response. Trial day had come and Jason knocked it out of the park with cross examination. The key government witness’s story had changed when Jason had brought up a strong point. It led to the witness admitting that there was never unfairness that occurred. This created a very reasonable argument when other witnesses had testified as well. Once the defense rested, I had a good gut feeling. Jason had done an outstanding job not just in the courtroom, but the previous months leading up to the trial as well. When the verdict was reached, it was a full acquittal of both charges. Hiring Jason Greene was the best decision I made. I can honestly say that even if you think you are screwed, Jason will work hard to fight for you.
