Hired Daniel for a tenant eviction, paid up front. He told that if it didn’t go to court I would get a refund,it didn’t go to court so asked him for a receipt and any refund do he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 4 months ago haven’t heard anything from him!

Dan helped me read through and understand my employment contract. Trying to read it myself was like trying to read the iTunes user agreement. Having Dan clearly and in plain English explain to me what I would be signing made it possible for me to sign my contract with confidence. I had a lot of qu...

Dan provided legal consulting services to me during the stressful ending of a long-term business relationship. He helped me problem-solve, organize, and strategize. He was easy to talk to, and helped me understand the laws and our legal system in a way that was extremely educated and professional, ...

I consulted with Daniel Prince to get some legal guidance, and then hired him to take on my case. He helped me problem-solve, he gave the other side every opportunity to do the right thing before suing them, and in the end he got me a terrific result - exactly what I hoped he would do. He kept me in...
"Daniel Prince has a strong working knowledge of business, contracts, and startup legal services. He has an eye for the minutiae that many other attorneys overlook, but which are actually very important, and he recognizes the necessity of getting even the small things right for his clients. I know Dan from our mutual involvement in the local startup and small business community, in which he is a frequent participant. He brings his valuable knowledge of this community to his legal services as well. On top of all this, he is a friendly person and easy to work with. He has my endorsement."
"I endorse this lawyer. I endorse Daniel for administrative law also. He and I worked on an administrative law case after he left the county counsel's office."
"Daniel has a special sense of the law. He's able to distill complex laws and explain them simply to just about anyone. I've seen him in the courtroom, and seen his transactional work - it's top notch. I endorse him."
"Dan is phenomenal attorney. He's hard working, dedicated, and passionate. He's also cool and innovative. Lots of attorneys are hard working, but very few are cool and innovative. This is what sets Dan apart. He is fun to work with, and constantly seeks better ways to work. I have gotten to know dan through our mutual involvement in the Seattle legal tech community. Lots of attorneys claim to be innovative and passionate, Dan's actions demonstrate that those labels really do fit him."
