Saying that Brit Mercer is an amazing attorney would be an understatement. She has seriously changed my life for the better. Due to me having a prior conviction, crashing my my car and blowing over a .15 I was about to be charged with a second DUI. I decided to consult with 2 other extremely reputabl...e lawyers in WA state with 20 years of experience, credentials, the whole nine. They both told me I was SOL. Just totally screwed with no chance of winning my case due to the circumstances and that I was going to have to use my deferred prosecution and that I would have a breathalyzer for 5 years. This felt like the end of the world to me due to me being in the automotive industry. I thought my career was going to be over. Let's be honest, in a perfect world, we would never have needed a defense attorney.
