In December of 2014 I unfortunately got pulled over under the assumption of a DUI. I heard from a friend about the padula associates and went forward with my decision and hiring. I was very unfortunate to have gotten a Negligent Driving on the 1st Degree back in April 2014 (happened in Mountlake Terrace). I already had a Deferred Prosecution pending from 2012 from a prior DUI in Pierce County so getting this Neg 1, I thought I would lose everything and all the hard work that ...I had done in the past couple of years. It was such a pain to go through all the paperwork and court cases for my Deferred and I thought I was going to lose it all and spend some jail time. With Lauren's help, my Neg 1 was dismissed in court & we were stunned! I thought it was a miracle that the judge had dismissed the case entirely even with my past convictions. Although I had to take another few months of a Relapse Prevention Program, I stuck with it & without Lauren's help I wouldn't have survived it alone. She stayed on top of everything & was only a call or text away when I needed anything! I appreciate all the hard work she has done for me & all the chaos I put her through. Lauren is an outstanding, thorough, kind & friendly lawyer, I would recommend her to any of my friends, family & acquaintances.
