Biography
Joshua Schaer is a Principal Attorney at Oseran Hahn P.S. Referrals welcome! Joshua focuses on real property, corporate, and general civil litigation matters. During the past 20 years, Joshua has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including criminal defense, mortgage foreclosure, lien priority, boundary disputes, residential property receiverships, and business contracts. In addition to significant trial and motions practice experience, he has successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, Washington State Supreme Court, Idaho Supreme Court, and each division of the Washington Court of Appeals.
An Eastside resident since 1988, Joshua attended the University of Washington to obtain both his Political Science and Juris Doctorate degrees. While in law school, he founded the Technology Law Society and was named to the Moot Court Honor Board. From 2008 through 2015, Joshua served on the Issaquah City Council, where he chaired the city’s Infrastructure Committee and the regional Eastside Transportation Partnership.
