I procrastinated on getting a will for years. A friend recommended Jamie Clausen and I finally called. Working with Jamie made that task I had avoided and dreaded for so long vastly easier than I had imagined. Jamie reviewed our situation, answered our questions, and made suggestions for how to ti...

Jamie (Phinney Estate Law) did a great job for us on our wills and estate planning. I am one of those annoying clients that always wants things a *little* bit different, and she fine-tuned things until I was happy. We felt very safe and very well taken care of. I heartily recommend her!

Jamie Clausen and The Phinney Estate Law team is excellent and I highly recommend their services! My wife and I originally worked with them on our own estate planning but then when my father passed, my sister and I needed help figuring out what to do with an estate. They were very knowledgeable and e...

"I endorse this lawyer. Jamie is well respected in the legal community, giving presentations to others and sharing her unique experiences with the world. I would recommend Jamie in any collaborative law endeavor, as her mastery is outstanding."
"Jamie's insights into the area of Collaborative law are astounding. After attending an introductory session on Collaborative law in the areas of Probate/Family/Elder Law, I have begun to explore the idea of incorporating Collaborative practice into my Bankruptcy practice. I'd trust her with my own personal claims and so should you."
"Jamie is a pioneer in bringing client-centered approaches back to the practice of law. If you want to be treated with respect, as a whole person, and work with an intelligent lawyer grounded in her community, Jamie's the one for you."
"Jamie knows probate law, and communicates effectively. I recently attended an education seminar in which Jamie presented on the law of Will Contests. It was the most salient, yet comprehensive, presentation on the topic I have heard. I have referred more than one client to Jamie. Each has been treated with respect and intelligence."
"Jamie is an excellent attorney. She is a pioneer in Collaborative Estate Planning and Probate in Washington State. I always feel confident referring clients to Jamie for their estate planning/ probate needs. I also like that I can send Collaborative divorce clients to her after they have finished their case so they can plan post divorce. I highly recommend Jamie."
"I have known Jamie Clausen professionally for ten years. She is one of the most intelligent lawyers I know, and a dedicated professional. She has an expansive knowledge of the legal process in all of the areas in which she practices, in both a courtroom setting and in the collaborative law process. She also has a genuine concern for her clients, and goes above and beyond their expectations in any matter on which she works."
"I endorse Jamie Clausen. She approaches the practice of law as a holistic service for her clients, which is refreshing. She is intelligent, personable, and reliable."
