  1. Workers compensation
We represent Injured workers in both State and Federal Employment.

In addition to my workers' compensation law practice, I am a single mother of two boys - now men -- and I enjoy playing classical piano.

I was a piano performance major when I began college and switched to a pre-law major after discovering I wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the world through working as an attorney.  It was at that point, I completely stopped playing the piano.

Twenty-seven years later, I started practicing the piano again and even took up piano lessons again with the intent of competing in International Amateur Piano Competitions.  I was a winner in the Seattle International Piano Competition in 2010 and had the opportunity to perform in Benaroya Hall.  In 2011, I was a quarter-finalist (top 15 out of 100) in the Paris International Piano Competition.  My next competition is again in Paris  scheduled in March 2015.  My favorite piece (at this time) is Chopin's 4th Ballade in f minor.  Some days I can play it better than others.

Peace of Mind
I found a treasure when I met Christine Foster and staff for the first time. I struggled for more then 10 years with L&I. Imagine my peace when Foster Law took my case and reassured me they would help. They had an attorney who represented me at the Industrial board meeting. I lost that arbitration but they based their decision on a drug they said I took. My attorney contacted the doctor and testified that I did not take that drug and we settled for a life long pension. I have found this Law office to be empathetic, honest, fair, hard working, and they know what they are doing.

Wonderful Service
Foster law was great in my Workers comp fight with the notorious Sedgwick company . For over 3 years they protected my rights while Sedgwick tried every underhanded trick to take away my WC benefits. Foster laws paralegals and attorneys were there every step of the way and they got me a bigger settlement then I expected!! Thank You Foster Law Deborah S. Seattle WA

Honest and Helpful
My consultation with Christine and her associate was what turned my claim around. They gave me advice that got my claim allowed and the medical treatment I needed. They referred me to a doctor they knew, and told me to come back if I hit any more road blocks. Christine was great

Foster Law in Seattle Washington represented my husband after a work injury in 1991. They fought hard for his rights and were consistently supportive and available to him. In 2004 Dave passed away from complications from the accident. I contacted Foster law to inform them, to find out if I needed to do anything else to close the case. This was after almost a year had passed. After offering condolences they asked me if I would be filing for widows benefits. I had no idea and was so deep in my grief, raising our children and trying to survive in this new world- it hadn't even occurred to me to ask. Because they brought it to my attention before the year had passed I was able to file and receive benefits which have helped support my family. I am forever grateful for the kindness and support they offered Dave while he was alive. They never minimized his pain or injury. They offered retraining and counselling that Dave needed to adjust to living in chronic pain. They offered me countless hours on the phone, I can't think of a single time they were too busy for me- yes, there were call backs. But they always responded quickly. I did call them, a few short weeks before the time had run out to file a widows claim. But I was not a client at that time. I was immediately connected to Dave's lawyer who was very familiar with his case. He took over my case and followed through. Thank you Foster Law for fighting for Dave. Thank you for fighting for me and my children. Thank you for a little justice in a God-awful situation.

I could write a long review about my lawyer Christine Foster, she is amazing, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a very hard case with L & I and I thought that it was going to be bad, but she made everything better. I would say if you don't hire her you will be making a mistake, trust me. Thank you so much. Christine. Sharon-Mills

Christine Foster is the quintessential legal professional
I have been a client of Christine Foster since 2011 after I suffered a traumatic brain injury while traveling on company business and after my employer terminated my employment while I was attempting to recover. Christine was very patient with me in explaining the complicated workers compensation process and worked tirelessly with her outstanding legal team to drive and manage my case though the lengthy process. She and her team have been very professional, courteous and diligent throughout their work and interactions with my doctors and my family. She and her team are very knowledgeable, strategic in their work and dedicated to their cause. I have been very fortunate to have her as my attorney throughout my life-changing situation.
