Replied last February 05, 2020Dear Stephen, Not until today did I notice this review. Simply shocking: As you are well aware, your review is fraught with significant and serious misrepresentations. Clients should always disclose their criminal history as this is asked of each potential client from the intake stage. Because this is a public forum, I will not go into great details. However, please recall that I charged you well below my usual retainer, despite the fact that this was a time-intensive matter. Because you gained my sympathy about your financial situation, I literally provided legal services to you for pennies on the dollar. Despite the fact that I spent many hours documented and provided to you, and that I moved quickly to toll the statute for your matter, you rejected my advice and counsel. Because I am a solo practitioner and not a legal aid clinic, I could no longer continue to represent you. I attempted to connect you with other counsel, but they were wiser than me and recognized that they could not represent someone with such unrealistic expectations. I do hope you think long and hard about how you've gone about everything. Your anger and inability to grasp reality will sadly destroy every aspect of your life. I do wish you all the best.
