Well where do I start? First of all I hired Catherine Fleming to recover the money from a crooked used car dealer that not only sold me a lemon BMW but also changed the odometer statement from the one that I have a carbon copy of, to me thats enough evidence of fraud on its own. The dealer also forge...d my signature on not one but two vehicle title applications, both for the same vehicle. The dealer has a copy of the bill of sale showing that I still owe $18,000+ and sold me a bogus warranty that doesn't cover anything on the vehicle for another $4,100+. I paid cash for the BMW. Anyhow Catherine took on my case for over a year. Charging me more than her usual retainer fee, because I already had an attorney that after 9 months had quit suddenly. Catherine agreed to do this as a contingency basis and was told that I want to move forward with the lawsuit several times. Over and over was told to keep moving forward with litigation. Meanwhile she kept having demands that I pay her X-amount of dollars by the end of whatever week it was or she could no longer represent me. Time after time. After finally moving forward with disposition and getting a sworn statement, Catherine fleming decided to quit. Wait a minute let me add the fact that during the year Catherine fleming represented me I was made to run on a wild goose chase having my BMW looked at by several different mechanics, several different times and had a safety recall on the vehicle put out by the NHTSA that states the vehicle not be sold when I purchased the vehicle and the vehicle had a safety check sticker in the windshield implying the vehicle was safe to drive and had no issues. When I bought the BMW it came with a 90 day warranty and I was told that I could buy a 3 year warranty within 7 days of the original purchase, but also sold it "as is" I believe that to be called misrepresentation. Catherine Fleming is a crook herself taking what little money I had and failing to produce what she agreed to produce. Thanks alot Catherine. If anyone is reading this and looking for an attorney, I would stay far from this one. I cant believe that I have to give Catherine a star. I should be able to give her no stars

Catherine Fleming helped me with a case that I thought wouldn't be worth pursuing. After my fiance and I purchased a car from a used car dealer, we were upset and defeated after just a few weeks.
