I have had the pleasure of working with Betsylew and recommending her to clients for many years and then most recently having her as my personal attorney on a large accident case. She is extremely personable to you her client, but a bull dog when it comes to your case and getting you everything you d...eserve. She goes the extra mile in making sure no stone is unturned so that every penny you deserve in a case is won. I have a tendency toward verbosity in my communications; but if I had to distill the fundamentals of why I believe Betsylew to be among the best attorneys in the business, I would say the following: First, she is a genuine person. By that, I mean that she takes an honest and caring position toward y...ou and your injuries. She communicates in a lucid and cogent manner all the relevant information in a way that yields a clear understanding of what the details of your case are and keeps you informed throughout the oft-lengthy process. In my case, it took over eight months (seven from when I retained Betsylew.) I was in an MVC and there were going to be multiple insureds’ policies to deal with. She was a demonstrably fierce negotiator with both insurers and through experience and tenacity was able to obtain a limits settlement on both policies. This means that she obtained the maximum amount of funds that each insured’s policy had stipulated in their respective PIP coverage. This result exceeded my expectations. It ensured that my medical costs (special damages) were completely covered now and in the future and provided a safety net in the form of general damages- up to the limits of each insured’s policy. Her keen insight and base of knowledge is impressive and I thoroughly enjoyed working and communicating with Betsylew. I had several more paragraphs I was going to include; but I realized that the precise details of my case, though ostensibly helpful to some, are not germane to this review. Suffice it to say that I can recommend Betsylew without reservation or hesitation and would retain her services again should I ever require them.
