Todd maybrown took my case in 2011 while I was in prison. He won my personal restraint petition may 6th of 2014.i was released from prison and my charges were over turned. He got me a new trial. On Thursday December 11, 2008, I received a criminal complaint against me. According to the court papers, the charge was a criminal offense; the alleged violation was an assault. I was shocked and strongly believed that there must be an error due to the fact I did not recall “knowingly” committ...ing an offense against any being, let alone a human being. Initially, I did not know what to do. The second day I called a friend who is a attorney, his practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on general commercial litigation, i.e. he was not a criminal defense attorney. After reading the court complaint letter, my friend’s reaction was similar to mine. He said this is very bizarre; situation and proceeded to call the City prosecutor to find out what the complaint was really about. He did his best with no success. Knowing the complaint was absolutely false; I took it very seriously and started the search for a knowledgeable top-notch criminal defense attorney.
