Todd is the light at the end of the tunnel

When the Prosecutors Office charged me with nineteen felonies it was dark. Breathing was hard enough. The last thing I needed to worry about was whether my attorney was up to the task. Todd has a brain and it works. But better yet he has a heart. Somehow in all the legal craziness he manages to t...ake thousands of pages of evidence, move past all the egos and boil it down to a few simple ideas – constantly questioning assumptions, allowing the truth to unfold. I couldn’t have made it without him.

Sucessful Criminal Defense

I have had the pleasure to have Mr. Maybrown as my attorney twice in the past few years. Both times Mr. Maybrown fought in an extremely professional and attentive way. His depth of knowledge that stemmed from his decades worth of criminal defense was apparent through out the whole process. It is obvi...ous that he is a very experienced and smart attorney who is not only trustworthy, but also dependable. An honorable, effective, and compassionate attorney

I am not prone to testimonials, but in the instance of Todd Maybrown—I gladly come to the fore. I well know what it feels like to be immersed in very challenging circumstances, need legal counsel, and yet have little in the way of direction. Factors like trust, integrity, competence, and humanity are... difficult to truly discern at best, but are incredibly hard in situations of stress and time pressure. I can tell you from lived experience that Todd is not only a strikingly effective and competent attorney, he is also a deeply honorable and compassionate man. Todd served as my attorney for four long years navigating a slow, tortured legal process. Sometimes being an effective attorney means bringing hard realities to the table. These can feel more than a little unwelcome on the client side of the table. What you need is a legal guide within whom you can place absolute trust—not only to honestly present the hard realities, but to help successfully make your way through the process, and maintain as much balance and healthy perspective as possible. Todd’s long experience, intelligence, and keen appreciation of how the legal system works combine with his extensive professional network. At every turn in the road, Todd was completely on top of the details and thoughtful about bringing in specific expertise as needed. Through multiple years in a case with complex layers, there were dark days for my family and myself. But, I cannot overstate the value of having this enlightened legal counsel “on our side.” I give my very highest recommendations for Todd Maybrown.

I also got to see him cross-examine a snitch in a very complex murder trial in federal court. He did such a great job that the jury later said they didn't believe a word the snitch said, and they were disgusted with the federal prosecutor for basing its case in part on someone so untrustworthy.
