Police officers, women, children and others often have ulterior motives to lie and fabricate. The jury needs to understand this and understand why this happens. We are extremely skilled in getting juries to understand the how and why false allegations happen all the time. Police officers are specifically trained in how to manipulate the accused in to making false confessions and portraying innocent facts into sounding incriminating.

There are literally tens of thousands of innocent people in prison and most of the time they are there because their lawyer failed to thoroughly investigate was unprepared and unpersuasive and not skilled in the art of cross-examination.

Our lawyers have astounding success in the courtroom. To the point of jurors hugging and crying with the accused in the hallway of the courthouse after the "Not Guilty!" verdict. To the point of jurors sending a note to the judge asking of they can render a verdict against a police officer who fabricated testimony and slammed the accused's head against the car causing injury. Powerful and Prompt

Going to jail was the most embarrassing moment of my life. I was concerned, confused and needing help so I called Mr. Healy. He and his staff were able to promptly assist me and alleviate my worries. Tim told me that my worst-case scenario would likely not involve further jail time and if I am good f...or six months, the case will likely be dismissed. I was relieved Mr. Healy was there to fight for me.

Great Representation

I was incarcerated for 2 days, after false accusations of domestic violence against my wife's teenage son. I hired Tim shortly after for the arraignment, and he quickly took command of my case. He expertly deposed the alleged victim and his mother and was able to extract statements conflicting with t...he officers' reports and prosecutor's charges. Faced with further delays in going to trial, due to Tim's pre-existing felony cases, I agreed to have Myles Johnson, a new hire to Tim's firm, represent me. Although new to Benjamin and Healy, Myles had a lot of experience. He had been an attorney for 12 years and his father was a prosecutor. His most recent case was a murder trial. Myles learned my case completely in a couple of days, met with me to go over the details, laid out the case and his approach, and then arrived for the Jury selection a couple of days later. Through his persistence, determination, and deep knowledge of the case, he was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the charges based on the evidence and based on his confidence in winning a jury trial. He was fantastic advocate for me and did an incredible job. Either Tim or Myles would be excellent choices for your legal defense. You need them to protect your rights and reputation.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Healy and his staff are amazing. He took our case and went right to work on our first meeting. He made himself available to answer questions at all hours, no matter how big or small. Gets the job done.

Mr. Healy and his staff were incredibly helpful when someone falsely accused me of a sexual assault. When I had the initial consultation he was very upfront and specific about what the charges could be and how he would handle the situation. When I officially hired him, he was quick and thorough, got ...the facts put together and sent to the prosecutor and told me exactly how to go about gathering the necessary documents to help prove my innocence. Because Mr. Healy was so quick in preparing my defense the prosecutor ended up not even bringing charges in the case. I would recommend Mr. Healy to anyone dealing with similar circumstances.

Look No Further

I came to Tim after having a horrible experience with my previous attorney and he was very straight forward to the point and very honest about my situation as well as what I could expect from his services. Tim has been in the business for over 20 years as an experienced and highly successful litigato...r which is exactly what you want on your side when faced with any scary legal situation. One thing I can say about Tim is that I always appreciated the fact that even though he has a team and a staff working around the clock to bring the best possible outcome too light for your case... Tim always makes it a point to oversee each individual detail of the case. The other thing I really appreciated about Tim was that he was always able to be reached and contacted me back personally within a 24 hour period....(Sometimes walking out of a courtroom just to take my call) I would definitely recommend him in the future for anyone looking to have the best representation on their side.
