Very Helpful and Professional

I'm a past client of Paul's, and I wanted to say that I am very appreciative of him and his team for taking on a car accident case years ago that seemed like it was insignificant to me, but I was never made to feel like it was insignificant. He explained the process regarding the lawsuit to me, him and his team were very professional and very prompt on making sure things were taken care of for me in the background while I was focused on recovery and otherwise trying to pick up the pieces because of the impact of the accident, and I never felt like I was out of the loop on anything. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs them.

I have represented severely injured persons as an attorney since 2004 in claims against insurers, major corporations, and government agencies. In and out of Court, through jury trial, and before the Supreme Court of this state, I have prevailed and counseled clients and small businesses in financial crisis, fought for the rights of the accused and victims of discrimination, and helped ordinary people who needed justice.

I have lived in the Puget Sound area my entire life. After graduating valedictorian from Oak Harbor High School, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Physics from the University of Puget Sound. Then I went to law school at night so I could work full-time to support my family, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University in 2003. I am currently a member of the Washington Bar, the Washington Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

I and my wife of 16 years have four children aged 10-18, and live in Seattle. I have an intense passion for golf and chess, though I'm no expert at either. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially on Orcas Island or at Gasworks Park.

Very professional and prompt communication

I decided to hire Paul after a free consultation for my case where I was a victim of an accident by a drunk driver. I am very happy with the decision. Most attorneys only took cases involving a bodily injury but Paul took the case even without bodily injury. He was very professional, responsive and communicative throughout the case. He answered all my questions patiently.

Paul was excellent to work with!

Nobody has time for a car wreck or the aftermath, and Paul took care of every headache inducing detail like paperwork and insurance adjuster conversations so that I could focus on recovery. I highly recommend him, he’s very thorough & his office staff are kind & professional. I was reluctant to hire an attorney but the insurance companies are a nightmare to deal with and having someone in my camp was invaluable for me.

Paul did more than win my case - he helped me heal. Twice.

No complaints!

After a short time of dealing with my insurance company, and the insurance company of the person who rear ended me, and quickly learning they were not going to be fair, on the referral of a friend I set up a meeting with Paul, discussed a plan and signed on the line. Paul and his staff were always available for questions and help. My biggest mistake was thinking the insurance companies would be fair, but this was not the case, and I suggest the help of a good attorney is worth every penny and don't wait.

Car Accident

Just wanted to say how easy Paul and his whole team was to work with. I recently got in an automobile accident that wasn't my fault & he was awesome getting me all the legal advice that he could give me. My accident was January 2018 2 weeks after I had bought my new car and he has kept me updated on everything ever since I met with him. Very professional and great advice! Also he knows a lot of good people in the industry that took care of my diminished value claim as well. He definitely knows what he talking about when it comes down to it. If I know anyone who gets in an accident or needs a great lawyer I will be referring them to him and the rest of his team.

Paul and his team are fantastic

I am just wrapping up my second personal injury claim with Paul. (Both not my at fault cases). Paul worked so hard on my first case 8yrs ago, that I had no questions about hiring him again. Professional, direct, knew what questions to ask me to reach our ultimate goal. Negotiated settlements in both cases that were fair, without having to go to trial. Although I hope I am never in a personal injury case again, if I am, I would not hesitate to call on Paul again in the future.

On your side..

I hired Paul to defend my rights after a drunk driver rear-end. He guides you through tough decisions and points you in the right direction for medical care and vehicle repairs. He is very responsive in communication and respectful to any questions or concerns you have for him. He will not allow the insurance companies to bully or push you around; he is like your personal body guard protecting you from being mistreated by insurance companies. Great attorney.

I recently was invloed in an auto accident. My car was rear ended by a van in I-5 freeway. I bought my car new and it was only 4 months when the accident happened. The insurance Co. was being difficult and I was very sad because my new car was damaged. I contacted Paul and He was very helpful. He explained all my options. I have to say he is very patient and understanding person and excellent communicator. He helped to get an excellent settlement from the insurance Co. I recommend Paul to anyone whom is involved in an auto accident and needs an attorney.

Excellent experience

I had an amazing experience with Paul and his team. They helped me through dealing with all the troubles of a bad car accident. I always felt like I was in good hands. Excellent experience

After a severe crash involving my brand new SUV, a friend suggested I contact Paul to pursue a diminished value claim. I consulted with Paul and was impressed with his knowledge of the law, his thorough explanation of the process, and his honesty in discussing my chances of a successful outcome. Once I hired him, he went right to work. In short order he obtained a settlement that was much larger than what I would have received if I had worked directly with the insurance companies. During the process he answered all my questions in a timely fashion and explained things every step of the way. White Glove Experience

I was so impressed with how Paul and team handled my first case, that when I was hit a second time it was a no-brainer who I was going to call for personal injury representation. He was so good that I followed him from his old practice to his new one. Personal injury claims can be a long drawn out process and it is very important to have an attorney that clearly lays out a timeframe (we are human, we want a sense of time) and educates you on what is fair and what a reasonable expectation of outcome might look like. I was fortunate enough to have hit the expectation mark twice with Paul’s team so to say I am very satisfied with his services would be an understatement. While I hope to never need his services again, in the event I do, I will have Paul and team on speed dial. Thank you Paul for your consistentcy and for your availability. Diminished Value and Loss of Use

I reached out to Paul Veillon to inquire about diminished value and loss of use due to an accident where my 6 month old SUV was rear ended in a multiple car collision. When I first spoke to Paul he was very helpful and provided me with enough information to help me determine if I wanted to proceed with a claim against the at fault drivers insurance company. Paul and his team were very efficient in collecting the information they would need to process my case and kept me set realistic expectation about what they can do and what they could not. I received periodic updates as the claim progressed. Once the claim was filed, Paul and his team were able to have a discussion with the at fault insurance company and quickly come to resolution and settlement. I was expecting the process to take much longer, but was very pleased to have the resolution come about so quickly. Should the need arise in the future I would definitely reach out to Paul again and I would definitely recommend Paul and his team to others.

Best Lawyer for Diminished Value

Paul was extremely helpful, transparent, and professional in representing me in my Diminished Value claim. My case was tricky because I am leasing my car rather than financing and because of that, the at-fault insurance company was denying my claim. Paul and his staff were very responsive from the day I reached out to them. They kept me updated and were very transparent in their opinions and expectations of the possible outcomes of my case. The next steps were always very clear and his guidance was greatly appreciated through this whole process. Because of his great work, I was able to settle for a substantial amount that I otherwise would not have been able to achieve on my own. Excellent

My claim had no injury component, just Diminished Value and loss of use. It can be challenging to find a lawyer that will take on such a case, but Paul gave me an honest assessment of the case and why I needed him, and how he would add value. He has a lot of integrity, and is just an awesome guy all around. I asked a lot of questions, and even though he's busy I always got a fast response.

So glad

After my car accident my friend recommended Mr Veillon to me. Like many I believed I could take care of it myself. Finally after much undue stress I relented and called. Mr. Veillon took the time to drive to Tacoma, listened to all my stressers, calmed me down, took full control of all the paperwork I was trying to maintain. Then advised me to concentrate on getting better. What a relief! Mr Veillon and Anna Allard kept me well informed of my claim even answering questions promptly no matter the day.
