Awesome Attorney. Highly recommended!

Evan is very knowledgeable and is a very ethical attorney. He was extremely prompt and precise with his effective communications. Not to mention, he was very kind and friendly to work with. We are please to have all our future landlord’s needs taken care by Evan. Thank you!

High intelligence and integrity! Why go any further?! Mr. Loeffler is the very best.

This might be lengthy…….but worth it. There are two reasons why I speak so highly about Mr. Evan Loeffer and why I would highly recommend him as your attorney. 1. He is an exceptionally very intelligent person and knows his stuff!! I was amazed at how the law was literally at his fingertips dur...ing our conversations. 2. He is a very caring and decent human being. He did not hesitate to assist me in my menial issue. It is hard in this day and age to trust others. THIS is a man you can trust. He has good scruples. My story: I was stuck in a very bad situation. The property management company I had hired was taking advantage of me financially and intimidating me and bullying me. This I later found out from Mr. Loeffler through the lawful information he gave to me. At the time I felt trap with no way out of the abusive contract I was held captive in. Thankfully, an angel referred me to Evan Loeffler. But, wait, important information. My property is in Seattle. I live in Tucson, AZ. All the more reason for me to feel trapped and vulnerable. All the more reason for me to feel grateful for Mr. Loeffler’s expert assistance. I cannot tell you how calmed and confident Mr. Loeffler made me feel that my situation would be resolved in my favor. Literally he explained my rights and the law according to my situation. And he did so readily and immediately. The information was at his fingertips-in his brain. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the law. Truly amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Loeffler for all of your property needs. Whatever they may be…owner, tenant, manager. Mr. Loeffler will be honest with you and will give you the best service you would ever need or want. He has intelligence and integrity.

Evan Loeffler, so happy we used him!

I was referred to Evan by our commercial real-estate broker. I am so thankful for that referral. Evan helped us evict two tenants that were subletting their apartments on Airbnb. Evan was upfront with the process, the cost and explained every step along the way. He was able to get both tenants out... of the building very quickly, even in our wonderful City of Seattle. I plan to hire him to review and update our leases. He will be my first call with any future tenant issues. His AVVO rating is a 10 and I wholeheartedly agree, I would absolutely recommend him.

My attorney recommended Evan Loeffler for landlord/tenant issues.

I needed a solid residential lease agreement for a condominium. I called an attorney who had prevailed for us in some very contentious matters for our homeowner's association. The bottom line is that Evan Loeffler is who they call when they need to evict. As a former licensed real estate agent ...and property manager I have read a lot of leases. Mr. Loeffler's work anticipated (and avoids) problems that I have never seen addressed within a lease. I accepted the first draft. An ounce of prevention... Working with Kelley, Jennifer and Isaac as well as Even Loeffler was pleasant. Everyone was courteous, professional and friendly. Follow-up was quick and complete. My compliments to the Team.

Outstanding representation

Evan provided outstanding representation for us. We became embroiled in multiple litigations with the same party that took 15 months to resolve. Half way through I realized he not only knew the law exceptionally well, he was also a master strategist, outmaneuvering the opposition at every turn. H...e hit every deadline, kept us informed in all stages and explained things in layman's terms and always had a logic that I could understand. He also gave succinct, clear instructions as to how we could help with the case. The net result was that we won all the cases before us. While the legal system does not make you whole, Evan achieved the best possible result for us, far above our expectations. I highly recommend him and his team, you would be hard pressed to find a more competent lawyer.
