Top tier service!! Highly recommended!!

I got a traffic ticket several weeks ago for a cellphone violation in Everett Washington. I hold a Commercial Drivers License for the state of Washington & I drive a city bus for Snohomish County. My employer is very strict regarding traffic violations, even if it happened outside of work in a person...al vehicle (which happened to be the case for me). We have a Risk Management department who pulls driving records every month for each driver at my work who holds a CDL to see where we stand regarding traffic violations to see if any driver committed a violation outside of work or while at work. My employer has a zero tolerance policy for poor driving habits, especially if it resulted in a traffic violation at work or outside of work. Traffic violations have to be reported to my work within a month of the infraction, if not, serious disciplinary action will be taken against me for not doing so. So with all that being the case for me, I was quite alarmed as to what I should do regarding my traffic violation. I got some consultation at work from a driver who had been in the same situation as I was in & he directed me to Mr. Mucklestone whom he had highly recommend to me cause my coworker had great success hiring Mr. Mucklestone in the past. I took my coworkers advice & ended up looking up Mr. Mucklestone & I hired Mr. Mucklestone to do the same for me as he did for my coworker. The results for my outcome were great, Mr. Mucklestone had the court reduce my cellphone violation down to a expired registration violation. Now I can report my situation to my employer knowing that my “offical” record violation didn’t have to do w/ my driving habits. I can rest easy now. I would highly recommend Mr. Mucklestone to any of my friends or family members. Mr. Mucklestone provided top tier excellent service all around & I couldn’t be more happier with my outcome. Mr. Mucklestone has been doing this for a very long time & the guy knows his stuff inside & out. A true professional & a class act. Thank you again for all of your time & service regarding my situation, Mr. Mucklestone, take care, God bless & Happy New Year!

Traffic ticket

Somebody recommended John to me. Big mistake I made that I hired him. First he charged me twice for the service than I disputed the charge on my credit card to get money back for the second time he charged me. In the couple weeks i get a call saying that i did not pay. Had to proof to him that I did.... Ticket was changed to different ticket and still on my record. My insurance skyrocketed. I called and said how frustrated I was and John gave me name of somebody else he said they will help me so I called to that person and they still getting back to me... Summary: $150 for the ticket $350 for the lawyer service $400 insurance increase for the year My record has a ticket on file All bunch of head ache. Would not recommend to anyone. Wasted so much time and money.

Igor: I am very sorry that you had a bad experience and I remain committed to solving all client problems. First, concerning the double charge, last April. That was an honest mistake by me, and the same day you brought it to my attention, April 5, I issued a Chargeback. I was surprised to learn that prior to notifying me that you had been charged twice, you had already disputed the charge with the Credit Card Company. So, I refunded you $350 AND the Credit Card Company charged back $350 to my account. You and I agreed that one charge of $350 was appropriate, and you authorized that charge. Again, I am sorry for this situation, which was my fault. You contacted me last week (prior to your review herein) concerning the ticket showing on your record, and I have been attempting to resolve this problem as well. Your moving violation was amended to the non-moving violation to Expired Registration, a non-moving violation. In my 27 years of practice, I have never had a complaint by a client that the non-moving violation of expired Registration, effects an Insurance Increase. You have now informed me that GEICO has raised your rate due to this ticket. I apologize for that, and I have now learned a new and important fact. Nevertheless, I have reached out to two Insurance Agents, and I have provided you with their numbers, who state that it is very uncommon for rates to be affected by an Expired Registration Ticket. One of these was my personal Insurance Agent at Farmers, and he is waiting for your call. I spoke with the other gentleman, whose number I gave you last week, and he said that he has tried to call you. The bottom line is this: I intend to solve this problem to your satisfaction, so long as you allow me to do so. It was my impression that solving the problem is what we were doing prior to your one star review of me. I am asking you to leave the lines of communication open until this matter is resolved. I have always either 1) answered your phone call or texts personally and promptly, or if unable to do so, 2) called you back immediately. Unfortunately, all cases cannot be problem free, but when dissatisfaction occurs, I take all necessary steps, including a monetary refund, if appropriate, to resolve the problem. I look forward to continue to work with you offline to resolve this situation. At the time of this reply (Monday, after your review on Friday) I have called and texted you, and await your response. Thanks, John

Most amazing lawyer!

John worked very hard for me. He used every trick in the book & stuck it to the prosecutor. We went from "we'll have to go to trial" to case dismissed in 1 week.
